I have not received my order yet! It was placed December 2nd, for a Christmas gift, and when trying to reach out to this company, nicely the first time, and have now sent 2 messages, I never get a response. I will never order from here again!
Very happy with the quality of the personalized boxer shorts I ordered, however the shipping took longer than it should have.
My order was delivered to an address in another state. I have received no response to my inquiries from the company.

Photo Fusion did a great job with my custom boxer order. It was received in a timely manner and all items were printed as expected. I would have appreciated a little more update on printing status along the way, but customer service was informative once I managed to get in touch with them.
I made a mini me pillow for my girlfriend's birthday gift and she absolutely loved it! It was a big hit and hoping to order again in the future.
Still have not received my package. Ordered on September 3rd and the order said it would ship in 5-7 days. Received an email after a few days stating that a shipping label had been created and that the package would be ready to ship soon. Flash forward to September 10th and usps tracking still did not have the package attempted to reach out to the company for 3 days before getting a response after calling, emailing and contacting on social media and has been told it was a usps issue and thay my package had been shipped. The next day usps tracking updated and this company did not even send out my package until September 13th after they had said it was "already shipped". My package never arrived on time for what I needed it for. I emailed the company back again to see why it wasn't shipped out on time and no response. Will not order from here again.
Within just a few hours comps of the designs were sent to me for approval. I ordered 3 pairs of boxers. They are super soft, the printing is great, and they were delivered within the 8-10 business day period the site promises. Well worth it!

First I saw the mock copy and was a bit worried because the image appeared blurry BUT once the item arrived it was so clear, it was so perfect, it was better than how I imagined it would turn out! 10/10 stars! I can’t wait to gift this romantic vday gift to my honey. Thank you!
The post office lost my package. I had a pair of boxer shorts made for my husband that has our dogs on them which very special cuz one of them is 15 and won't be with us too much longer. I called photo fusion. They tracked my package and realized that it had been lost. They reprinted them and had them in my mailbox before Christmas. My husband loved them and already have ideas for future purchases. Highly recommend this company
