Fantastic service! Fast communication and explanation of process throughout. Took a very old, low quality picture from a news paper article and turned it into something that is now proudly displayed on our wall. Would recommend this company to anyone!

My experience with this family was so very special. Amy, contacted me to discuss my initial enquiry and continued to assure me and guide me throughout the process. Not once did I have to wait longer than a day for an answer to any of my questions or concerns. The customer care afforded me was a joy, I was made to feel comfortable knowing that my photographs were being well looked after. Then I was blown away by the results of the restoration which enabled me to positively identify my grandad amongst the 230 faces in a grubby, unclear, WW1 Divisional Signal Company “Carte Postale” photograph. The reverse displayed a written message sent to my grandad's Liverpool address. This, together with the photograph, was also restored to its original clarity and thanks to the expertise of the restoration process two unexpected and additional bits of information were uncovered, a place name where the company was billeted and the name of the sapper who sent the postcard, clearly a friend of his. This is an important example of the beauty of having a precious piece family history restored. It turned out to be quite an emotional experience. Thankyou Photographs Forever, thankyou Amy.

This service was very efficient and professional and I have absolutely nothing to say except to thoroughly recommend the company. I could not be more pleased with my photographs.

For the second time I sent badly creased, torn and dingy photographs to Richard for his care. I was so pleased with the first two restorations that I have had the photos of my grandparents transformed from black and white creased and torn photos to beautiful colourised photos in time to give to my sister for her birthday. Both Richard and Amy were extremely accommodating with my request and the quick turn around time needed for Mother’s Day to restore an old faded photo of my mum and late dad. The results were stunning and my mum was absolutely delighted. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again in the future.

Photographs forever, were helpful, friendly and fast. They were able to colorise, repair and enlarge two very old photos and I’m thrilled with the results. It may seem expensive, but considering the expertise and research that has to be done well worth the money. Also, they give you a complete breakdown of costs.

FABULOUS SERVICE FROM PHOTOGRAPHS FOREVER

The Photographs Forever team re-created my Ph.D photo which I lost about 30 years ago and this Devastated me to this very day. It is going up, proudly, on my living room wall in my house.

The service is excellent and Richard and the team achieve extraordinary results. The restoration and recolouration work they carried out on a very valuable album of historical images as part of a publishing project was just wonderful.
