Took almost a month for anything to finally arrive. When the bag was opened most of the items in the package were broken along with items not even shipped. Customer service sucks never received emails confirming my order. I reached out trying to get anything as proof of the order and they wouldn’t even send me an email. All I got was an email was sent so I asked what is the email address so I can search for it and every time I asked they wouldn’t even send refuse to answer the question. I would not recommend buying from them. It’s was so terrible that I involved PayPal to get the money back.

Poor customer service, poor quality product
I was unable to "view" a sample of the finished product after I designed it on line. I immediately sent an email. That email was answered 2 days later, stating to order the item then reply to that email with the order # and they would send me a sample view prior to going to production. I made the order, replied to the email with the order number immediately, was never answered. I thought I was ordering a metal, quality, Lantern. I ordered a White Lantern. What I received is plastic and black. I also had two glass panels with writing on them, two glass panels with pictures. The panels were in poor order. I had to remove the bottom screws, take the lantern apart, take out the glass panels and put them in order where they should have been, screw it back together. The quality of the pictures is very poor and all four panels are printed on sticky paper then peel and stick on the glass. There are air bubbles in all 4 panels that I cannot get out and again the two with the pictures, even if I could get the air bubbles out, the pictures are poor quality. I will not be passing this gift along it would be an embarrassment to myself. Poor customer service, product is terrible quality.
