Great free app. I use it daily and not had any issues. Almost has everything photoshop does.

Not So Good
Started by trying to crop and straighten a raw photo. I couldn't figure out how to maintain the original aspect ratio on the crop. Clicked on straighten and it said to draw a line, I drew a line on something that should be straight, but nothing happened. Looks like it should be a good photo editor, but it seems like there is too much to learn.

gives you all the hope, then crashes your dream like a bullet train, when you cant extract your file at the end of the product :)

Too good to be true, everything takes years to load.

The best free online photo editor there is! I use it regularly and i dont see any crash issue like other reviewer has mentioned. It can even load the font automatically!

Anyone giving this a poor review has NOT taken the time to look at the software properly and watch the tutorial videos to see how powerful it is.

It's free, web based (although once launched you carry on using it without an internet connection). If you run it in Chrome from the Chrome menu you choose 'install' and it then runs like a desktop app in full screen and puts a shortcut icon on your desktop.

It has an extensive set of tools and considering it's free I don't see anything better. it can do almost everything Photoshop does.

You can remove the ads and have more undo states by paying for a subscription which is very cheap.

Insanely useful considering it is free. Surprised adobe haven't sued them.

"Decent" computer and internet connection essential

After several hours of use can start to slow down.

It works. You can't access things easily however, if you spend time you can figure out how it works. It's probably the best alternative for Photoshop. If it wasn't free I would never suggest it. (I think a lot of the reviews are bots.)

Don't know where the bad reviews are coming from? Has all the functions I use (and many more) in Photoshop but for free. Had it crash only once on me over 1 year, does photoshop crash? I think yes. I have tried Gimp a few times but find it frustrating to learn the workflow all over again. This is almost exactly like Photoshop. Big thumbs up to the developer, excellent implementation via a browser and for continuing to keep it free.

it doesn't have any of the simplest functions that you get on basically anything including WORD a Microsoft app meant for typing essays.

I am not a big fan but for a free editor I cant complain. It gets very frustrating using this program becasue it lags too muuce. Last night I was almost finished with my design and it just froze out of nowhere. I ended up losing all of my work. I see why it is FREE!!!!!!

Photopea is one of the best free Photoshop alternatives and found no problems with it. It works with anyone with an internet connection and a browser and supports PSD and Sketch files.
