They hold pictures of your school children until you pay them whatever they want! They should be ashamed of themselves as this is a scam. Stay away if you can and avoid them at all cost as they appear to be dishonest and should not be allowed to be around school children!
Its no less than a scam, cheating, looting in broad daylight. In the name of school photo shoots they charge 5-6 times of actual cost it takes to capture & print a photograph, so surprised to see the schools and parents are turning blind eye to this insanity. Hope someone in the councils & school authorities looks into this scam on priority.
We buy our Daughters School Photos from this company every year and we've always been really pleased with the service and quality of the photos.
I have 2 boys at the same school. Photos were taken together and individually. They were sent home with two different shoot keys and there is an option for 3 different digital images. I wanted a photo of them each individually and together but because there are two different shoot keys, even though it's the same job same day, same school, same family, I couldn't get that offer. I phoned to ask if they could help but they said there was nothing they could do. Very unhelpful and unwilling, especially considering the price of school photos these days.
