Hi! All products is original brand and packaging, just company is little busy so shipping out can b with delay, once they shipped it I received in 5 days in Ireland

Happy with the order in all but 1 aspect. No instructions of any sort came with the product and can only get pictures online ...no assembly instructions available. Came in good time. As far as I know all parts are there.

Made an accidental order last month, and immediately requested a cancellation and refund from them via email. They don't provide any option on the website to cancel the order ourselves if we made an accidental order. Anyway, weeks later, here I am with no refund. Nearly 600 euros in debt now and the bank is charging interest on it this week. Customer service said they have already issued the refund but I never recieved it. I will never buy from them again. S

Good service from Photospecialist.ie - shipping is a little slower than others but the item arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. One star removed for communication - never received tracking info promised by the site and the item wasn't shipped immediately - so when you're spending a lot of money you can get stressed. Will order from them again as they have the most competitive pricing (if I'm not in a hurry to get something)

Delivery was very fast, Lens price better than anywere else.The lens was very well packed. Highly recomend Photospecialist to everyone!

I have meanwhile received a request to provide more detail. Here is my order number: 11685054. Again, my grievance is that you marketed this product as part of the Sony Winter Cashback while Sony denies this.

I believe Photospecialist is a frontend for Kamera Express.
I purchased a Sony A7C body from this store. They clearly advertised this product as qualified for the Sony Winter cashback scheme which means that the buyer can claim €200 back from the manufacturer after one month.
I filed all necessary documentation and received approval from Sony for this stage. Only to be told later that Kamera Express is not a participating retailer for the cashback program so that my claim was rejected.
From then on Photospecialist made me feel that they do not take their customers seriously. I had to explain multiple times Sony's position and I felt pushed back and forth between these tow companies.
I am still waiting for my €200.
Good customer service looks like this: "We apologize for you troubles. Here are €220 ( an extra €20 for the hassle we caused). We will liaison with Sony on our own. Sorry once again."

Fraudulent claim on website that they ship in stock items same day. When I queried not getting a tracking number after 24 hours I was told "Within 1-4 business days, you will receive an email from us with the shipping information (track and trace)."

Don't seem to be able to reply to the suppliers response, so updating here. We
Website states "If you place an order on a business day before 3pm, we will ship your order the same evening - if in stock and if we have received the payment. You then will receive the order in 4 working days by DHL, unless a different delivery time is mentioned on the product page" No mention of needing to transfer stock from a store to the warehouse. This claim is simply dishonest.

I have ordered a few items from this site now, flashes, bags and other things. I have always recieved my item, maybe a day or two later than expected. Not sure if it's photospecialist issue or the delivery service. When contacted by phone, was no number however when contacted by email the response is very good, within 24hrs for me. Only once have I not recieved a tracking number but was informed via email of dispatch etc. They are cheaper than Amazon, products are reliable and I will continue to buy my gear from this site.

this company is group of imposers which will be in jail soon I have report them on CCPC and I have also noticed UK and Netherland to look after them, this rubbish people lie publicly and scam serious buyers The legal steps are all ready in progress towards them!
Non of their phone numbers are existing and working contact, their chat on website us not working as well, there os no way how to contact them other than email and this BASTA--S will waist your time with stupid lies to cover drop shipping. This is probably group of teenage smells with acne on the Ars which teasing patience of good customers. This time they pissed off wrong person! this will be painfully for them and if those think that they are not trackable or touchable this mistake will be their last bloody adventure.

we still have no Camera on the way this people are just having a good fun of us, keep to feeding our company with nonsenses as digital slip as proof of package which were never shipped we have no tracking and on the order profile is still no change. This is company committing a daylight crime not running business. We are waiting 14 days to get the shipped something they pretend to have IN STOCK.

Products marked in stock > not in stock, instead shipped from stores to their warehouse, > delayed shipment, despite website stating if ordered & paid pre 3 pm > ship same day.
Listed delivery on their website 2-4 working days. One rep contacted got snarky & tried to state that this meant the time to ship.
Not received yet > min 14 days/9 workdays delay.
NOT in Ireland. Asked for review > got it.

Despite having the exact same review on their preferred review service listed on their website, and having my full name here, they tried now to delist my review and asked for missing details including my email address, phone number, Reference number, and full name (which is listed here anyways) Claiming this is not a genuine experience, and in this way trying to remove my review...

Placed a order 3 days ago, confirmed by email they got the order, no more information and it should be here by tomorrow,
Parcel did arrive, a little late due to delivery company, not photo specialist,

I purchased an item that was showing as in stock. After nearly a week I contact them as I expected a shipping email. They eventually responded telling me the item was out of stock and id have to wait, I even had to ask them to update the website. They told me there was an order due and it would be ready within the week. I queried again after the week had passed and the item was not available. After requesting a refund, it processed in a reasonable time frame, but the whole experience was terrible.

Excellent service. I called a couple of days after ordering for an update. It took a couple of minutes on hold but when I got through the representative was very helpful. He gave me the delivery date and emailed me the tracking link while I was on the line. The camera was delivered on time. The only complaint I could have is that the parcel delivery driver left the €1600 parcel at my front door as I was out.

I bought my Brother DCP-L3550CDW and it is default. I cannot turn it on when it is plugged on so I have to return it back applying for refund. Funny enough, it seems I have to pay the delivery cost on my own. So sad
