Good variety of images at a price below the competition.

Photospin has been a great asset to my business. Many photos to choose from at a reasonable subscription price. I recommend it highly!

We have had great customer service. There is a good variety of images.

PhotoSpin's photos are of a reasonable price and quality however, PhotoSpin's selection of images and search algorithm could be improved to enable a better user experience. I often find it will take me a while to find an image suitable to my purpose.

I have subscribed to Photospin for a number of years and always happy with the images to choose from. I look forward to seeing new additions for inspiration in my projects.

I like the variety of images, but I think it is time for Photospin to add more photos to their image archive and more search terms to their images and search feature. It is sometimes discouraging to have a search term return 2 images or NO images at all while google searches return images that are very "photospin-like" but resident in competitor image archives. Please try to expand your image archive. Thank you for this opportunity to share my feedback and request with you.

Price is good for the photos, but I would like to see some better quality and wider category range of photos.

Search field needs improvement and definitions tightened up a bit - extremely vague. For example, type in "milk" and nude pictures of women appear. Some of the photos look like they were taken in the 70's, 80', 90's - bad lighting, outdated hair styles, clothing.

Also note to TrustPilot - Your terms and conditions cannot be viewed in full. In order to review PhotoSpin, you must check the Terms/Conditions box. I was hesitant on accepting terms because I could need read in its entirety. It is cut off at... "These User Terms are deemed to include all other operating rules, policies, and guidelines that are referred to ..." Very suspicious that your company - TrustPilot - does not allow an individual to read the terms. I am placing on record that I am giving my opinion without being allowed to read the terms/conditions.

I have subscribed to Photospin for the past two years, and I have been fairly happy with their selection and variety of quality photos and vectors. However, sometimes I'm looking for very specific graphics, and they will not have them. This means that I have to go to another site to purchase individual files. However, overall, I'm incredibly happy with selection and their customer service is wonderful! I had an issue one time, called in, and it was resolved immediately. I would definitely recommend them to any small business/freelance designer. The price for the service is a great value!

I appreciate that there are no monthly fees and I also don't have to purchase a minimum package.

Have It Your Way, Size Matters!
Great selection of material in multiple sizes for your project. Easy to search for what you need and easy to download or save for future use. This is my second year using PhotoSpin. The value can't be beat, I know, I have looked.

I can usually find a photo appropriate to my search. I don't always know the best word for what I am looking for, but when I do, I find a great picture.

Photospin generally offers adequate vector art to create logos and simple designs. I've used a few background photos for projects but to be honest, I find better quality photos/models with Shutterstock and Adobe Stock for my graphic design and publishing needs.

I would like to see the photos displayed better and I still find it very hard to get only vector artwork. I really like the old format better.

Photospin gives you unlimited use of their collection of photos and illustrations at a single price. Two tiers -- a slightly higher one if you want GIGANTIC images. A lower one for normal people. They're a great place for ideas and images and you don't have to keep watching the budget.
