£120 spent. Photos peeling and falling off the wall. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Cheap materials likely to become landfill.

My elderly friend ordered a photo tile and 37 were selected from her photo file. They charged her £370!! We tried to stop the order but apparently even though it was within 24 hours of ordering it was too late. We were assured by their extremely helpful AI help line that we could return them for an instant refund. It took a week of pestering them by email and ai chat to finally get a return address and we duly posted back at her expense. They have not accepted delivery of the FOUR boxes and they are about to be returned to her. She is so distressed! There appears to be no way of speaking to a live person at any point. 😡

I've had many tiles (25) printed from this company to create a display of photos (over a couple of years) up the wall by my stairs. They are of really mixed quality. I have three that have bubbles/wrinkled across faces ruining the image. The most recent set, the photo print have all started to peel off the tile. When I contacted customer service and provided a photo of the problem they said that it had just gone over the 30 days so they wouldn't do anything about it. I feel disappointed as I've spent a lot of time and money selecting photos for this selection and I'll probably have to start again with a different company. I've also used their freeprints and other apps but have deleted all of them now. I won't recommend or buy from them again.

I am really disappointed in the quality of the photo . It is poor quality and much darker than the print I provided . It was for my sons birthday I can’t use it Very disappointing .

Ordered my wedding photos through photo tiles. They arrived and they were nice. I paid £86.99 for the tiles. Almost instantly they began peeling. I tried to stick the pictures back down however now less than 5 months later, I will have to bin my wedding photos as they look awful due to the peeling. Contacted customer service and they’ve said they will not assist.

The photo tile is not a tile. It’s a picture on a sticker and the sticker is poorly put on a piece of plastic!
Stickers started peeling in less than a month. No human to talk to ! Do not order from this website

Free Prints photo tile.
First of all it’s not what I would call a tile it’s cheap nasty plastic.
When it arrived the picture was crooked they couldn’t be bothered to square it up.
I’ve tried contacting them to complain and had nothing back.
Won’t be buying from this site again.
So disappointed.

I have purchased several items on different occasions and mostly happy with my purchases. My latest tile was free with £5.99 shipping, it arrived and I was very disappointed. The image was not clear and would not be suitable to put on a wall. I contacted customer services, not straight forward. Only to be told that the image cannot be changed once sent via the app. I would of expected some sort of quality assurance and to notify customers if the image is not suitable for a tile. I was not offered a refund or resolution and I will not be a customer in the future.

Apologies cost nothing.
I have been using photo tiles for a few years without problems.
But my last order said arrives 16th September it is now 28th still not here.
Now they’re saying it’s my fault as reprinted it on their app.
I definitely did not ! I said just apologise and say you’ve made an error . Still no apology.
This will definitely be my final order.

I have been using this service for a number of years. I recently ordered 4 tiles of my grandson and there was a free upgrade for high gloss. I didn’t see at the time how to remove this upgrade. When they arrived they were so shiny they showed up ripples and bumps. The gloss was too glossy. I contacted customer service. They kindly refunded and I was able to reorder in the usual Matt finish. Perfect, thank you. So helpful and a very quick turn around. Received refund within a few days, reordered tiles and they came within days. I’ve read reviews and I suppose this can happen. Perhaps I’ve been a lucky customer 👏🏻

Picture quality was brilliant, packaging protected my glass prints and can't complain about anything.
Thank you, it made my mates day getting the present/memory that isn't replaceable. Well worth the money

Ok quality but definitely not free. Standard shipping is £5.99 for free tile but if you pay full price, delivery is only £2.99 even if you bought 4. So your in fact paying £3 not getting it for free. Total false advertising

Absolutely appalled at my treatment from this company. I have been a long-standing and loyal customer of FreePrints. Until now. I ordered a glossy photo tile, only to find the picture peeled off within weeks. After trying several times to request a replacement, including sending photos of the peeling tile plus a video, they finally responded (took weeks) and sent a replacement. The same thing happened. So I then requested a refund. Initially they refused, saying I had left it too long. When I sent them photo evidence to show that I was still within my refund window, they said they would arrange a refund. So, expecting them to keep to their word, I went ahead and ordered an upgraded tile made of glass -assuming this could not possibly peel! It arrived shattered! In fact I almost cut myself with a shard of glass that fell out into me. I asked for a replacement. Again! They have not responded to my multiple messages. I have now received the original refund for the glossy tile. But I’m still out of pocket for the broken glass tile. They are no longer responding to my messages. Am I expecting too much, by simply wanting an unbroken glass tile?

My order was marked as dispatched on the 16th with delivery marked as arriving today however this hasn't arrived. Been emailing phototiles all day and have just been told to be patient. Just had an email saying only now My order has been dispatched and have to wait until the 26th! Ridiculous. Have requested a refund but been ignored !!!!!!!!

Ordered few times from this company, always fantastic product, service and delivery...... excellent!!!

Used my free tile for a Christmas present. Only paid £5.99 delivery.
Was really made up with it when it came through the letter box.
Would definitely recommend

Great idea, good design, love that you can move them and they stick again, would have been 5 star if not for the £5.99 postage which I would suggest is more than double the actual cost.
