Does not conduct business in a serious way and mocks at their customers...
I ordered several items that were supposed to be part of a valentines day gift which I ordered way in advance and unfortunately never received.
I placed an order, but I had a foreign phone number, although everything else was in order. It was supposed to be paid on delivery with the goods for collection from the courier's office, as I live in a rural area and they didn't support my credit card.
Several days later I received an email that my order status is "Complete". I assumed that to mean that my goods are at the courier's office. I went there and they couldn't find it. I was there every day for the next 3 days.
Then I called the seller and they explained to me that they don't sell to customers with a foreign number listed. I explained my situation and they agreed to send it to me. Furthermore they politely asked me to pick it up first thing tomorrow, as they have a really low rate of recovery of pay on delivery items with foreign phone numbers. That was fine with me - I didn't want hurt their business - I just wanted my item.
And I honoured my wird - I was there on the next day - nothing. And the day after that - nothing. Keep in mind that I live in a rural area, so each of these is a 10km drive.
So emailed them and asked - whats going on? I was really expecting this, and they just replied - we told you - we don't ship to customers unless they have a local phone numbers.
So these guys didn't honour our agreement. I wasted shitloads of fuel for my car just driving to the courier's office every day, I wasted my time and I didn't get the item I needed.
I strongly advise you to keep that in mind when dealing with this dealer.
