Do Not Use These
Booked online weeks ago and received a sms message from them yesterday at 10am saying the booking was all ok. However, received a phone ,essage saying the Engineer has had to go home ill, so therefore they were not able to carry out the booking. Just called them to see if they had any other engineer available and was told no.
Booked the day off work and traveled up from the south to be here. Disgusting service - avoid!
They have replied to me, with a woeful response.
One engineer can only serve LPG boilers at this Company.
Called less than 24 hours notice.
If I was not to give them enough notice the booking would be cancelled!

Thanks for the review. Unfortunately not all has engineers can work on LPG which unfortunately your system is. The irresponsible thing would have been to attended with a sickness bug and pass it on to yourself or the vulnerable. We called at 1420 yesterday as soon as we found out and you advised this morning you hadn’t listened to your voicemail until today. We can only make contact and advise the best we can. Unfortunately you booked your service through a 3rd party which we only contract to. With regards to the enough notice this isn’t our policy it’s the company you had booked the work through, I know you feel like we have let you down which I can appreciate however we aren’t also going to risk making clients unwell when staff have a sickness bug nor send an engineer that can’t work on LPG as per his qualifications. We employee three engineers that can work on LPG but unfortunately two of them are going through long term sickness which is beyond our control. We strive to give the best possible service and I take onboard your comments and we will look into ways to improve our services and training for engineers.
