I am so sorry that you feel that way as we pride ourselves on our brilliant customer service. You were charged for the product change as you had requested that we alter your original order for a larger sized item, that inevitably cost more. We were very accommodating to this request and deducted the Black Friday Sale price from your order upgrade too, even though the upgrade wasn't paid for until well after our sale had ended.
On revisiting your order, I can see that a shipping cost was added to your size upgrade, which was done in error, so I have refunded the £4.99 shipping fee for you.

Was it worth it?
I like this product but it dosnt seem near the worth of what I payed for it.
Not my favorite of products I have received from Phreak.
I ordered Oct 7th and recieved it in December. Didn’t enjoy getting “tricked” instead of “treat” in the package note after receiving this post-thanksgiving.
Not sure if I’ll drop $150 again here

I am really sorry you feel this way. We really pride ourselves on our creative designs and this limited run, Halloween design was one of our biggest sellers yet! We truly believe that for such a highly detailed item, with custom colours and firmness options, $129 is reasonable - especially in a bundle with other merchandise and a hand printed storage bag, as this one was presented. However please note, if you ever receive an item from us that you are unhappy with, we are more than happy to honour returns and refunds, provided that the item remains in its sealed bag.
As mentioned in response to another of your reviews, we addressed the delay via email, where a discount code was issued as an apology for the extra week your order took to produce. Also, we are hoping to add further shipping options to our checkout soon, so that you can choose express shipping where necessary, so we hope that this will be useful in the future.

Do you really want this to happen to you?
I ordered the thing and they send it and it came out better than expected and now I'm happy and writing a 5 star review. If you're doing business with them it is most likely this exact thing will happen to you too. Ask yourself: do you really want to be this happy? Really? Better think twice!

Great product but…
These toys look amazing both online and in person, top quality and great to use. The reason for my lower scoring is that when I placed a flip order it was supposed to be shipped but it wasn’t fulfilled until I contacted customer service, it was shipped out the next day but still upsetting.
