Unfortunately I also fell for this scam. Ordered on January 29th. Tracking number from an outfit in China. Their website states the product is made in the US. When asked I was told it's just developed in the US and manufactured in China. The tracking number ended at LAX on February 5th. On the 17th I was told the product was being shipped again at no cost as it was apparently lost. I have emailed again to ask for another tracking number and they are no longer replying. The verbiage matches exactly what other reviewers have said - issues with tracking/website etc. It's now February 24th and no product or communication since the 17th.

I ordered January 28th and have not received anything. I have reached out numerous time and like others have said they told me it was being shipped and that their tracking system isn’t working. I think it’s a scam.

I ordered on January 23rd. It’s now February 22nd and still no product. The tracking on their website says “order not found”. Customer service claims the last update was 2/8 but they don’t know who the courier is and also won’t just send me a tracking number so I can track the package myself. I’ve asked for a refund twice now and they just ignore that request and say it’s still going to arrive. Unbelievable. This really feels like a scam and I bet the product is coming from China if it comes at all.

Scam. I never received my order and they are not responding to my request for shipping information or a tracking number. I fell for it. Do not buy.

My issue isn't with the product - I haven't received it yet. This review is based solely on the shipping and tracking experience. I placed my order on February 5th, with the expectation of 6-12 days shipping, which seems long as it is. After placing the order, I was sent an email saying that it would now take 8-16 days. I received an email with a tracking link right away, which didn't actually work until February 11th. It just kept saying "Cannot Find Order", which was concerning with how many scams are out there these days. On Feb 11, the link finally updated and showed that my items had been received by the shipper. No information on where that might be, though. With no further updates to the tracking information, I finally emailed Phrena directly to ask for an update on Feb 18th. Their response time was great, but they simply told me they couldn't help me - it was in the hands of the shipping company now. As of today, Feb 20th, the link to track the order is no longer working - it is back to saying "Cannot Find Order". Nothing has been received, and the Shop app is useless as nothing at all has been updated there.
I'm still within the maximum 16-day window, so hopefully the disappearance of the tracking info is just a glitch. Overall, a really frustrating experience. Hopefully, the product makes up for it!

UPDATE: Like some of the other reviews have stated. The company reached out to offer an apology for the delayed delivery as well as a 30% refund. I appreciate this follow-up and subsequent gesture, and have since received my purchase. I think the company should do a better job on the front end to prepare customers for this type of a delay in order to set the expectation.

I’ve remained hopeful I’d receive my order but given the order was placed on January 23, 2026 and it’s now February 13, 2026 and I’ve heard absolutely nothing since the initial shipping email, I’m not so sure. This feels like a scam and I’m really annoyed by that because the jars I ordered are for my mother who’s 85. She’s been so patient. She was so excited when I told her I purchased something that may help her issue once and for all.

Its working but honestly slower than I expected. Been using it for like 5-6 weeks now and I can see a little bit of clear nail at the base but nothing too crazy. Maybe my fungus is just really bad idk. Gonna keep using it and hope it speeds up. Not saying it doesnt work just saying dont expect overnight results or anything. Will update this review if things improve more.

ok so i was SUPER skeptical bc ive been burned before by products like this. but my nail fungus was getting really bad and i was desperate. the texture is nice, not greasy or anything, absorbs pretty quick. im on month 2 and can already see the healthy nail coming in from the bottom. its slow but its working which is more than i can say for literally anything else ive tried. will report back in a few more months but wanted to leave a review now bc i know i was looking for reviews like this when i was deciding whether to buy

So im diabetic and my doc wont let me take any of the oral stuff bc of my liver. Which meant I basically just had to live with this nasty fungus for like 10+ years. Super embarrassing at the pool with my grandkids and stuff. Anyway my wife ordered this, didnt even tell me, just showed up one day lol. Figured what the hell ill try it. Been maybe 10 weeks now and no joke theres actual healthy nail growing in. Pink and everything. Didnt think a cream could work when even the strong pills dont work for most people but I guess this ones different. Idk the science behind it but something is working.
