Booking was very easy

Booking was very easy as it was through skyscanner. Michael called me to confirm everything and offered an upgrade from basic ticket to flexible ticket. So quite happy so far. He also mentioned he will be the dedicated person on my tickets which is good as it means I don’t need to explain my situation or tickets to a new person each time.
