Okay for the price
It doesn't work the same way as the Biomat. If I am on it for more than 30 minutes I feel worse whereas I would use the Biomat for up to 2 hours without a problem.

now thic company does not seem to exist
I ordered this Phymat from the company although it is available on Amazon and I wish I had done so,But the company told me that they had an Amazon outlet in the UK they would send it from but that it would be best to order directly of their main website as it offers better customer support. So I did but didn't get a receipt which I found strange as it was £288. I emailed the company and they then sent me a copy. I got the Phymat and found it made me feel unwell but tried it 5 nights and decided to return it which I could have done on Amazon within 30 days and the return and refund policy should allow that. I now have written several emails explaining my problem to PHYMAT and all pinged back stating they are non-deliverable. I can't even get onto their website through the TRUSTPILOT link as it seems to be non existent now. Whe. I type in the name of the company the page is blank. I just paid £288 a few days ago and as soon as I paid I no longer can get in touch, This is not acceptable and I will get in touch with Barclaycard. I hope I am wrong but feel that there is something very strange going on and I want my money back. I just found out that the company has 'expired' and their name is up for sale.They conned me by taking my order just before they closed down after promising better support if I order directly from them instead of going through Amazon. I have contacted Barclaycard .

The unit trips the circuit breaker every time I turn it on. Even when I turn off all other items on the circuit breaker!

Love my Phymat products
This mat is incredibly relaxing. I've used the name-brand BioMat before and find Phymat every bit as soothing and pain-relieving. I owned their full-length gemstone mat for years before discovering the mat with PEMF, so I gave away the original and upgraded to PEMF. I use the latter in my professional studio and clients love it as well. The one issue is that it's really rigid and can be uncomfortable when lying flat. I place mine over an ergonomic topper and I also bought the BioMat brand cover and pad to improve comfort.

Underwhelming product with worse customer service
While this company does provide a mat that becomes slightly warm, it unfortunately is extremely uncomfortable. I have used other amethyst mats in the past and have been impressed with them. The customer service is also underwhelming. I have had to send 5 emails over the course of several days and have yet to have a return issues. The company is trying to persuade me into keeping the product and is not honoring their return product.

I’m so glad I made this purchase. I have been using my PHYMAT daily since I got it. I use it before bed as it helps me relax and get a good sleep.
I am dealing with Lyme disease and I purchased the mat to help with inflammation and mitochondrial health.

The extra cotton cover you ordered seems to have a smoke smell, which may have happened during transit — we sincerely apologize for this and have already issued a full refund for the cover.
As for the customs fee, since your shipping address is on an island, our US warehouse couldn't deliver directly, so we arranged international shipping. The shipping fee paid on our website covers only shipping, not customs charges, which are handled by local authorities. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
