I would definitely recommend PhysioGo

I have been to PhysioGo for 2 separate sports injuries and I would definitely recommend them. Dave helped me manage the injuries physically with great physio programs and mentally by explaining what's going on and what to expect. Thanks Dave!

Thank you

After breaking both my heels at 68 and receiving minimal rehabilitation advice from the orthopaedic surgeon, I was recommended by a friend to see Dave.

Best decision I made, he is very knowledgeable but able to explain things in a relatable manner, very pleasant encouraging questions, and was keen to know what I wanted to achieve. He provided a structured exercise programme with goals for the next appointment, as well as explaining the exercises they were emailed to me with video demonstrations.

He gave me realistic expectations and confidence as to how much to push myself.

I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Post Knee Replacement Physiotherapy

I have been delighted with the progress my knee has made in the last 6 months and I have no doubt that this has been as a direct result of the care and professional treatment I have received from David over this period.
My first appointment with David was about 8 weeks after the procedure. He carried out a thorough physical assessment of the knee joint, noting the range of movement and any accompanying discomfort, the presence and extent of any swelling and position of any soreness.
I was then asked to complete various gentle exercises so that David could gauge the amount of movement I could comfortably achieve at that point. He then devised and explained to me a programme of exercises to complete at home and this was confirmed with an online video clearly demonstrating each exercise.
At each subsequent follow-up appointment David would physically examine the knee joint and assess the progress made with range of movement etc., then carefully tailor the next set of exercises to continue the strengthening of knee musculature.
At each appointment I found David to be friendly, professional and thorough and would like to thank him again for all his help.

Great physio

I went to Dave at PhysioGo in Euxton about a longstanding issue with my right knee. He was patient and explained what was wrong and how to fix it. He gave me exercises to do which proved incredibly effective. After 5 monthly visits my knee is pain free and the most stable it has felt for such a long time. David is very knowledgeable and is worth every penny to be pain free.

I came to PhysioGo with an injured…shoulder

I came to PhysioGo with an injured shoulder, on my first visit I was given an extensive examination and was diagnosed with a damaged AC.
Over the following weeks I was given different sets of exercises to follow, these were demonstrated and also sent to me via email for me to follow.
Every visit was a positive experience and I felt that I was 100 % the main focus.
PhysioGo are incredibly professional and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Happily recommend

David is very professional & expert at what he does. He has helped me resolve ankle & knee problems with a relatively few number of visits. I will certainly use him again if I have issues and would happily recommend him.

5 Stars for PhysioGo

I highly recommend Dave at PhysioGo.

I first started attending appointments at PhysioGo following a Talar Neck Fracture. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me to understand the injury so that I could optimise my recovery. The exercises he gave me were effective and I firmly believe that attending these sessions sped up my recovery and ensured I achieved the maximum mobility possible.

The sessions at PhysioGo were thorough and the program Dave gave me broke what seemed like an impossible task, into manageable chunks. I can now even do things the consultant said I would never be able to do again and a lot of that is thanks to Dave.

I attended NHS Physio and Hydro sessions at the hospital but felt these were only tick box exercises and often left feeling confused and frustrated. It was the sessions with Dave at PhysioGo that really made the difference. I'm so glad I decided to see Dave alongside the sessions the NHS provided as the PhysioGo sessions were far more in depth and detailed, specific to my injury and much more effective.

Following a successful rehab of my Talus break I decided the see Dave for long term shoulder instability issues. I'd previously had surgery and seen NHS Physios but was left with a weak shoulder.

Again, Dave's sessions were great. They have helped me build stability and strength so that I can exercise with confidence.

Thank you!

Excellent service

I visited David with a very painful shoulder that had severely restricted movement and which was stopping me doing everyday tasks. I had 5 sessions in total, each were a mix of assessment, hands on treatment and corrective exercises to do between sessions. David was always professional, thorough, friendly and ran on time. The shoulder problem is now fully resolved and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
