Great!

Fantastic service, authentic product and very fast delivery. I ordered Bosu Pro and had no problems at all.

Never again

I give one star, because I cannot give zero!
Here is why:
21.09 (evening): I make an order.
22.09: I get a mail saying "...your order will be delivered to you within 3 - 5 workdays."
23.09: They charge my credit card

Then "Radio Silence."

30.09: I write to them asking, where my stuff is?
They write back, that they expect to ship it 8.10!
(2 weeks AFTER they charged my credit card!)
I tell them to cancel the order and pay me back.
2.10: They still have not paid me back.

It seems that the only thing they are fast in, it to charge.

Why do they charge, BEFORE they ship (or know if the product is in stock)?
Why did I have to contact them to get to know, that the order was 2 weeks delayed?

Pfff: and they don't even bother to spell my name right in their answer...

And they don't answer me WHY they did not inform me about the delay, and WHY they charge BEFORE the product is sent?

Our apologies for the unexpected delay. We always try to inform our customers as good as possible. Regarding the delivery of the Biofreeze that you ordered, we were informed by our distribution center that we would receive the gel within 3-5 working days, as we informed you. Unfortunately due to an unexpected delay we were not able to deliver it in the agreed delivery delay. Our apologies that you have not been better informed. Regarding your refund, it has been done end of the month September.
