I've been left in the dark after spending over $300 on an order. I purchased two wrist braces, each priced at around $150, but I'm struggling to get a response regarding a return.
Despite reaching out four times, my attempts to contact them have been fruitless. Finally, when I did manage to connect with someone through their online chat, the experience was disappointing. The representative was abrupt and rude, even going so far as to caution me against "threatening them" when I simply wanted to discuss a return. The quality of the wrist guards is far below what you'd anticipate for their price.
