EME delivery of website items disappoints

The EME website shows a multitude of items, but don't take that as a sign they are in stock and available immediately for delivery. After a week one of the items ordered was dispatched, but for the other I couldn't even get a definite delivery date! When you order no emails follow to give progress or indicate delivery. I asked for a refund and when I got contact with the right person action was swift (hence 2 stars instead of 1). Cannot recommend EME.
