I’ve been with physique factory for 13 weeks now and have lost 12kgs starting at 83kg and now reaching my goal weight of 71kg.

I didn’t really know what to expect going in but from my first conversation with my coach i knew I was in good hands. He layed out a clear plan and strategy and we went to work. It was crazy how quick I got results and once we gained some momentum it just got easier. Communication has been awesome and it has been a great experience having a coach to lean on for support and help keep me accountable. I have also learned so many valuable tools to help me stay on track in the future. I would highly recommend to anyone who is sick of looking like shit and wanted to do something about it. - Jarrod

Hey, I’m John,I’ve been with Physique Factory for 3 months now with MY coach. During this time, I’ve achieved 15kg of weight loss and have recently transitioned into a lean gain phase, adding back 2kg of quality muscle.

What I’ve achieved so far has been incredible — my strength is up, my body composition has improved, and I’ve learned so much about myself and my body. The communication and support from MY coach has been second to none. Every time I messaged him, he was all ears. Sometimes he didn’t even wait for my check-in — he’d call me straight away just to make sure I wasn’t going off track. That level of care and accountability made all the difference.

Compared to my past experience of trying to do it myself, the results are night and day. On my own, I struggled with consistency and often felt guilty when I slipped. I've been with my coach for just over 12 months. I lost 10kg of body fat and gained in muscle. The support from my coach has been great. He keeps me accountable and encourages during the process. For me it's been the difference between going to the gym with half a clue and going to the gym and getting results in strength and appearance. Definitely worth giving it a go if you want results.

Hi, my name is Ethan and I have been with Physique Factory for 8 weeks now.
During this time, my coach has helped me significantly with my body re composition.
In the 8 weeks with my coach, he has helped me lose 6kg on the scales and build a noticeable amount of muscle.
The level of support I have received from my coach during this time has far exceeded my expectations. He has taken every opportunity to coach me through the process. Not only does my coach explain how to do things but also explaining WHY we do things a certain way. He covers everything from nutrition, calories, NEAT, training methods and more.
He took time to understand who I am, my experiences, what my lifestyle looks like and tailored a plan to suit. He even prepared a travel specific cheat sheet for me as I am someone who travels very frequently for work.
He takes time out of his day to respond to questions that I have regarding specific foods or exercises, how to do the exercises properly... even sending me self-made tutorial videos on more than one occasion. It's as if he is in the gym with me!

My coach keeps me accountable, checks in with me regularly and tweaks things often to make sure we get the best possible results.
The list of positives is endless.

It's important to understand that I did not consider myself an amateur when it comes to fitness and nutrition. But I have learned that I also do not know nearly as much as I thought I did. My coach has opened my eyes to a whole new way of doing things. And that is to get results and get them fast!
I honestly believe this program has been incredible value for money and is one of the best investments I could have made in myself. It is far more detailed and is better value for money than other programs I have found from other online fitness coaches. And trust me, there has been plenty.
I have enjoyed every single day of this program. Not only am I seeing results weekly, but I am also learning something new almost daily. My coach is doing everything he can to ensure I learn everything there is to learn so I that I can do this on my own in the future.
I would recommend this program to any man who wants to learn how to lose fat and build muscle properly, no matter their level of experience. I cannot fault it!

I've been with PF for 4 weeks now and am stoked with the results of being down 6kg already! I wanted to explore dieting, macro counting and trying a new workout philosophy while having the motivation and support of a coach and PF has not disappointed. The communication and support from the coach, the training packages and the information / learning you gain throughout is life long skills that you can maintain once the program has finished. I feel more motivated and am getting compliments from others already and I'm only 1/3 of the way through 👌🏽! Can't recommend these guys enough, absolute legends! Cheers lads

I've been with my coach for 9 weeks now and have lost almost 11 kgs.
I haven't been below 90 kg for more than 10 years and only through this program have I been able to break through that wall.
I have had great support from my coach who is on hand to give tips and advice from diet to exercise to planning for big weekends.
Definitely worth the price.

Been with PF for a bit now - at first was a little skeptical like most people are with these programs. After you understand the process and what to do it’s honestly easy. Consistency is so big with these things and during my cut phase, I didn’t think it’d be possible to shred fat in such a short period. Started at 72.4kg and now 8 weeks in I’m at 63.5kg still plan to build muscle mass but I’m becoming very lean and more confident by the day. Invest in yourself and just do it.

It's great having a coach that's there to help with any concerns and give you the right advice and tips. Especially how quick they get back to you.

Ive been with PF for 9-10 weeks and lost around 14kg. My coach has been nothing but helpful, after a day max I get a message back answering my questions in detail, with each weekly call we go through any questions and my coach goes out of his way to give suggestions with links to food products, certain training videos etc. The money is worth it but still costs a bit, I've lost weight easily but gaining muscles and dealing with loose skin hasn't ever been easy for me and truly feels easy, just do what youre coach says and it's that simple. My only regret is not doing the PF program early.
