A gigantic con. Saw the advert - saw the NHS/flag attachment. I don't tend to fall for cons, but this did look genuine. Product arrived in good time but it did not work so I contact them and they offered me a very small refund as compensation. If I wanted a full refund I would have to return the product (to China!) at my expense. I told them that the product did not work and the only way I knew it did not work was because I had used it, so it was impossible to return it. I kept on and on and the 'compensation' climbed to 50% but no further - this went on for ages and then they ignored me. That is a very bad thing, ignoring me. I don't take kindly. So now, every day, sometimes a few times a day, I badger them with emails demanding my 100% refund. I know it won't work, but thankfully I didn't spend a fortune , this is just principle.

I waited for about 8 weeks for my product to arrive after sending numerous emails it finally arrived. I bought a weight loss product and lost 71 pounds in doing so. However this 71 pounds was out of my bank account and not off my waist. False advertising and a scam company

False advertising. They arrived and did not have the NHS logo as in the website images. This "glp-1" liquid did absolutely nothing. Took 2 boxes over regular intervals and was very optimistic. Very disappointed was only offered a small refund. Paid £122 . Wasted money. Got 10 boxes left sitting in the delivery box!!

Ordered 2 items at once at the beginning of August - its now nearing the end of September Only 1 arrived. Have been trying now for 7 weeks to get them to refund for the second item. Must be about 35 e mails. They don't read e mails and just send standard e mails in response. I will never use this "Company" again. Makes me so angry that they are Scammers and we all fall for these useless companies. Grrrrrr.

I am very unhappy at even given one star for Phytrix2. Big scammers and most certainly should be investigated. Not only have they ripped me off along with others but I had to cancel my credit card when my bank contacted me to advise that it was fraudulently being used after trying to make a payment to them.
Like others, no instructions were received when I eventually received the GLP-1 (if that indeed is what the product is). Also at checkout got conned into buying a duplicate order at a reduced price as there was no way to avoid. PLEASE CHECK VERY CAREFULLY IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE GLP-1. DO NOT USE PHYTRIX2 AND POSSIBLY THE MERCHANT STORM MEDIA

AVOID AT ALL COSTS....tried to take 4 x payments totaling over £100 ...credit card reviewed and credited my money back.
Goods came yesterday....no instructions on how to take so like everyone else on this review site it will be going in the bin .....TOTAL SCAM

Foolishly ordered this product after reading its advert on Fb - tried to order minimum supply of 7 days but it would not allow me to progress the order without clicking an additional button which increased cost to £80. 5 boxes with 5 plastic phials arrived but no instructions how to take - no effect in reducing my weight at all!!! The ad claims the product has NHS endorsement and the packaging says FDA approved. It is a total and utter scam - don’t be fooled and don’t waste your money. Sad that they have no conscience!!!

I ordered GLP-1 from phytrix2. I was overcharged I paid Storm media two amouts £42.81 and £37.16. I contacted pay pal but they did nothing. I have now been trying to return this package, I got an e mail from service.............. but cannot reply to it, it says invalid e mail address. I am in m 80's and cannot afford to be ripped off. This chinese company is a scam stay well clear of this scam, I ordered it as it seemed to be endorsed by the NHS, they should look into this and get it shut down.
I have now been scammed out of £79.97 this is wrong and the authorities should do something about this company

Absolute disgrace of a company order one thing and one by mistake. Only one item came asked for refund and they just refused even tho I had emails saying the refund had been processed.

I received this product, I hadn’t realised it was being shipped from China otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it. It claims to have NHS and MRHA approval but it was literally a box with 5 Philadelphia’s inside. There were no instructions of how to take and no ingredients listed. There was also no invoice either. I contacted the company to request a refund and asked about the above points but all they said was the information was on the website.
I won’t be taking them as I have no idea what’s in them and I don’t trust the company.

ordered GLP-1 oral solution from this website . received but no instructions, no ingredients and wrongly advertised on website as product received is completely different and not marked as NHS approved as shown on website. Contacted customer service for full refund and return instructions. They responded by offering 30 %% off next purchase as good gesture , luring you to buy more from this fake website or return product to china address and pay full shipping ($ 20 ) .DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE HIGHLY AVOID AS SCAM. I ordered 1 item from them which was £14.95 and when I look at my credit card i was charged £77.66 and£17.92 .disgraceful. I inform my bank and I tried to find the company online. But the company said they did not have a telephone number which I found odd so resorted to emails, this company i believe are scamming people .M Mertens.

This company will STEAL your MONEY Do not order anything Money is taken from your card without checking out goods you buy. There is no basket as soon as you hit buy the item is purchased.There is no way out of looking at a product without Buying. I was charged £37.16 for products i did not want £77.66 for a subscription I did not sign up too and £9 for I don't know what. Money was taken straight away. I called my Credit card who checked and said there were 3 payments taken 2 I didn't even know about these were stopped by the card and my card closed. I contacted PayPal to inform and also Face book where I saw the Ad. I replied to the Confirmation email to cancel order but 6 days later a package arrived. I am sending this back. Beware do not even look at this company you will be charged!

I placed one order and money went out of my account straight away. When the package arrived there was another product I never ordered. Sent numerous email to the company but no resolution and looking at my bank statement the company have taken 4 payments unauthorised. I have handed over dealings with the dispute department of my bank also the fraud department. People need to avoid this company altogether. I have lost trust in ordering anything online ever again after the bad experience with phytrix2.

Ordered on line (Ref 17301980759 - 5/8/25). Card was promptly debited.
All I've had since is a string of e-mails pressing for new orders and further payments.
Tried to chase up and discovered that - despite the UK/NHS logos on the ad - I've sent my cash to Hong Kong.
Total Scam. AVOID!

This company is advertising using the NHS logo which is illegal as NHS does not endorse such products.
I have written to the Advertising Standards Authority and the NHS Fraud Team. I have informed Phytrix2 of this and their response was that I could get a 30% discount or PAY to send it back to China. If I did pay to do that it would probably cost me half of what I originally paid. I have contacted them again demanding an immediate refund and explained that what they are doing is illegal.
I was, foolishly, under the impression that it was a UK company having been mislead by the advert.

Ordered AAFQ GLP-! oral solution drops, package arrived, without any instructions on or in the packaging! This is dangerous practice as should have medical contraindications for any oral solution. Leads me to believe it is a fake product.

I ordered end of July and money taken from my account.Impossible to contact the company.Bombarded by further emails,14 so far, none of the 8 I've sent have been replied to .Told my order is incomplete but only wanted to try the product. Like others duped by NHS endorsement. Yet to receive anything.

Ordered a small amount to try for14.95 23.35 with delivery and they added another lot and charged me £42.81 extra which I didn't want. I cancelled and they cancelled the one I originally wanted and have sent me the other larger amount says 7 days with only 5 pods inside. There are no instructions on how to take how often and no returns advice . Raised a complaint with paypal who I paid through and despite many emails to their customer service no resolution. I'm fed up getting scammed by these companies they should be banned now I'm stick with a pile of stuff I can't return don't know how to use or if they are harmful even though they say they are backed by NHS and 43 quid out of pocket to boot. So bloody 😠 😡
