The property manager and the entire team are fantastic. They're switched on and proactive. The comms are excellent, and it's reassuring to know that everything is being looked after properly. They've consistently delivered a great experience for both me and my family, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It was Many years ago I called PIA for a rental appraisal on my investment property. The team explained the local rental market and gave me what I could realistically achieve rate wise. The appraisal was accurate. I moved to PIA and haven't looked back. After going through many different real estate agents and property managers I've stuck with PIA. And so far they are the best people to take care of our investment property to make sure it's isnt trashed and we always get good market rental rates.
