I ordered the turtle mask a long long time ago. I really needed it by April 2nd. Never got it even though they sent me a fraudulent tracking place which still has same exact date of shipping now as it did the first day. They blamed it on Covid, but somehow I manage to get all my other packages I order from reputable businesses. Said they sent me out another mask. I’m positive I won’t get that one either. I keep asking for a refund. They won’t give me one. This is the worst fraudulent business I’ve ever done business with. IF I ever get a mask I’ll come back and correct this post but I’m not holding my breath. I’ve also reported them to Facebook and I’m no where near done smearing them wherever I can. Frauds. Frauds. Frauds.

This company is Mickey Mouse. I made the mistake of not looking at reviews where others label them scammers. Stupidly I saw some leather (not really) short boots on Facebook and ordered a size 9. Time passed, more time passed then finally they arrived from China size 5. First they said to send the shipping label, next they said to use a ruler to show the length of the boot and send them a photo of me measuring it, Then they swore I ordered the wrong size and refused to exchange $50 shoes. They keep offering discounts on future orders like I am going to ever order from them again. Then they advised me to give them to a relative or friend as a gift. All I am asking is to exchange the size so the message I am getting is this is like a middle man and not really a store. We order and they order from China and that explains everyone's complaints of how long it takes. So they can't exchange because they do not have the merchandise. So those that posted scammers kind of got it right. I just want my size 9 if a Chinese size 9 is actually big enough.Terrible company that does not care you spent $50 and got something you cannot use!

I received my Grammie mask with Seventies on it. Received quite a few compliments. Unfortunately I lost it and will be ordering another one.

My order had some problems with delivery. First with a postal code (my fault) then with just bad luck and a lost shipment. The team didn't give up and eventually I got my items.

If I could give them a negative I would. Do not buy from this scammer. Their product is very cheaply made. I ordered what was advertised a stylish ankle boots with arch support. They were cheap vinyl with no arch support what so ever and were also missized. They refuse giving a refund but offered 30% off my next shoes. Are You Kidding!!! They are SCAMMERS

I’ve tried a lot of masks and they’ve all been “okay.” Good enough. And a little less expensive, honestly. But after buying from this company, I will only order these and I can stop shopping around for “a better mask.” I love these. I wish I had found these first and skipped all the others. They are super soft and the inner layer is really comfortable against my face. They are also beautiful. If I could afford to, I’d have a whole wardrobe of their unique fabrics. I stay home a lot so I don’t need more. I just want more! (Think shoes. 😂) Shipping took time. But they were prompt to respond to my email about delivery when I became concerned. I ordered 2-23 and received 3-20. In hindsight, this is right within the shipping time they advised at purchase. The masks are made to order and the quality is obvious. I’m very pleased and anticipate indulging in a few more.

Ordered a camping hoodie ....it was a while before I received it, but so worth the wait! Size is perfect, material is perfect! So very Pleased with my purchase, love the design.

DO NOT ORDER, THEY are SCAMMERS. I ordered 2 face masks from them on 2/27/21. As of 3/9/21 I still did not receive them nor have I gotten a shipped notification and tracking number. I emailed them on 3/9/21 and asked if my product has shipped yet and that I did not receive a shipped notification or tracking number, I then stated that if it hasn't shipped yet and didn't ship out by the end of day tomorrow 3/10/21, to cancel my order because it was a birthday gift and now it's too late.
They replied back later on 3/9/21 with a tracking number and stayed that my order was delivered on 2/22/21, (that's odd, 🤔 I placed my order on 2/27/21), also when I checked the tracking information it doesn't even have a ship to address (my address) on it, or any address at all. Also on their website the phone number and address for their company is California, but when I checked the tracking info that they sent me in their email, my so called product that they say I received (a week before I even placed the order) came from China. I have been scammed 3 times this year around Christmas from these Chinese companies (too lazy to work for their money). If I had known it was a Chinese company, I would NOT have ordered from them.

My husband ordered 2 hoodies the first week in January. After a couple of weeks I emailed them to get a tracking number which came up as “ cannot be found” every time We tried to track it. We finally got an update 2 weeks ago stating it is in the possession of citilogistics inc but they have nothing with that tracking number in their system. So they are telling us to contact Piace Shirt and Piace Shirt is saying contact Citilogistics. So over 8 weeks later We are over $100.00 out of pocket, no hoodies, no way to track them and no one trying to help us find them. Need I say more other than we will NEVER. Order items advertised through companies on Facebook again. If they do not arrive with in the next week and no one can tell me where they are, I will definitely be doing an advertisement of my own on social media.

I placed an order on 1-30-2021. Today is 3-8-2021 and I have not received my order and only an excuses from this company. They are Fraudulent. Do not order from them.
UPDATE The business sent me the same email that the delay was because of weather. The DHL tracking number they sent to me is a fraudulent tracking number according to the DHL customer service person I spoke to today on the phone.

I ordered masks and never got the masks, the only thing is they took my money and the company that took my money is a fraud, made phone call and was told people are using there name. Very unhappy, will order only people that I can contact and know they aren't a scam

Ordered mask 2 months ago. Got email it was shipping 18 days ago. Received tracking number. Tracking USPS said waiting on item from shipper. Says same thing now. 18 days later. Sent inquiry to their customer service. Keep getting same response from them. They just keep giving me the same tracking number. Don’t believe it’s really been shipped. Have doubts it ever will. Think I’ve been ripped off.

I ordered a mask on Feb 9th and still haven't received it I can't get any response from the company. Someone needs to contact me asap

I got to hear about piaceshirt on one of my games looked at the website thought that the product was very good so I ordered 6 3d bomber jackets they all was delivered before my birthday. Just now I said that the product was very good I will change that to excellent keep up the good work. John Loader England..

I bought a sweatshirt from this place for quite a bit of money it is not as advertised. I ordered a sweatshirt and it came back not made out of sweatshirt material and three times larger than the size listed on the tag. When I requested a return they said that I could not return it because it was not damaged. This place is a total rip off do not buy!!!!

Horrible product and even worse customer service. Sweatshirt was not the correct size and had no size label even in it. The pattern on the front was mismatched on either side of the zipper. Item totally unwearable and not like what was advertised on their website. Wore me out over the course of approx 15 emails during which the company basically called me a liar, so I just wanted to return it and be done with it! They would only let me return to factory in Vietnam, at my cost, even when they were at fault. Shoddy workmanship and shady customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

We ordered the turtle Shirt for a coworker for her Birthday. We can't wait to give it to her. She really Loves turtles and we know that she will love the shirt. The colors and the quality of the shirt is Awesome!!! Thank You Again!!! Can't wait to order again.

I bought the Hummingbird faith hope love face mask, and I am in love! It's the most beautiful mask I have seen, the quality is great and I would highly recommend buying them! It took about 3 weeks to be delivered, but they kept me informed the whole time as the status of my order, they are made here in the United States, in fact the one I ordered, I believed was made here in California. Most assuredly worth every penny in my opinion!

I ordered a jacket 4 weeks ago, due to Covid and the holiday packages slowing down deliveries, it just came in.
it was a Boston Terrier fleece hoodie, my wife loves it.
Well worth the wait, nice and warm, beautiful art work..
