Horrible and Unprofessional piano mover
I did not find this company myself. I paid for Clark & Rose for house moving and they contracted out the moving of piano to this unprofessional piano mover. They are only 2 men to handle my 250kg piano. The piano is stuck in the middle of the stair platform after 2 hours move. They charged me GBP150 more for dismantle of the piano to bring it up, I watch them use electric drill to unscrew my piano. My heart was broken and both my piano and I were crying. The piano has wounds on the wood and the sound is not the same anymore. They even cannot fix it well. I treasure my piano very much and I brought it with me from my homeland 10000 miles away. The attitudes of those two piano men are horrible too, they are the worst people I met in UK so far. PLEASE DON' T USE THIS COMPANY.
