Poor order handling
Poor order handling, password reset email didn’t arrive for 24 hours, had to spend half an hour in the store talking to customer support online to process a return, staff in store couldn’t help, although in the end made phone call to their customer support and issued a refund.

Regarding the password reset, our website is powered by Shopify, and all account-related emails are handled directly through their system. While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur. If this happens again, we would be happy to assist you with a manual reset or alternative sign-in method.
As for your return, since the purchase was made online, returns are currently processed through our online returns portal rather than in-store. This is why the boutique team needed to contact Client Services to assist you. Each order includes a returns slip with full instructions and our contact details in case you wish to make a return.
