Fantastic customer service from Sarah who kept me updated regarding my order which had gone missing in the mail system. My order for 2 pairs of earrings were doing the rounds by Royal Mail. I was on holiday and Sarah was tracking the order and helping me out. This was no fault in anyway related to Picadilly lily . Sarah arranged a replacement order which was waiting for me on my return from holiday. The parcel was well packaged and the earrings are lovely. Can't wait to wear them. Overall 5 star service. Well done!
