Just read through the ToCs for "Pick and Partner" and found numerous clauses that create potential for exploitation

Recently, I received a message from a user (Ok_Question_9555) offering access to a free platform, Pick and Partner, for finding cross-promotion opportunitites. I decided to read their Terms of Service, and found numerous clauses that create what I believe to be an "exploitation trap" rather than a cooperative platform with noble intentions, as the supposed founder claimed it is.

Most glaringly problematic is their asserted "sublicense" to use anything posted on their platform for their own benefit anywhere, any time they choose without any requirement to compensate the legitimate IP owners/content creators.
