Whatever you do don’t use this company. I had them booked for an ikea pick up and assembly job today. Spoke to somebody called Jay who booked me in confirmed everything and arranged a delivery time, he seemed so helpful. On the day of delivery nobody turned up and they didn’t pick up any calls for the whole day. If they had just taken the time to text or email to say they were no longer able to do the job I could have found somebody else. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE COMPANY.

I can't begin to say enough nice things about PickDropGo's service and team! They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry about getting some furniture from IKEA delivered (and assembled!) and worked with me every step of the way, even as I wanted to add more items last minute and had a very tight schedule for when I could take delivery. The fact that I also worked with one person (Jay, really nice guy) throughout the entire process also helped as I always felt I was in good hands. Turns out its a family business and his brother was on the delivery team!

When they arrived the delivery team introduced themselves and asked me where I wanted each box taken in the flat so I wouldn't have to haul the stuff around. They then assembled my couches and took away the boxes so I wouldn't have to figure out what to do with all that flat pack packaging. I loved the service so much that the following week I placed an order for all the things that I still needed from IKEA, even if they weren't especially heavy or needing assembly, I just loved the fact that PickDropGo would find my items from IKEA (sometime having to visit several to get the item I wanted) and deliver it to my SECOND FLOOR flat! No body does that and these guys were more than happy to make sure I had everything I needed.

I will surely be using PickDropGo for all my future IKEA purchases (because who likes going to IKEA?!?!) and would recommend them for anyone who wants to save themselves the hassle and headache of shopping, transporting and setting up new furniture.

I ordered my shop, deliver and assembly service from these company. They quoted one price but when I came to accept the delivery they increased the price by 50 pounds. They refused to negotiate and they refused to even upload the furniture from the van until I paid them everything upfront. The guy started telling me about his culture and pride and that Elie would rather be poor than compromise on his pride. They drove away with my furniture. Be very careful about this company !

Can't recommend these guys too highly! Jay sorted out terrible supply problems from Ikea, keeping me informed at all times, then his crew not only delivered the items before my deadline but stayed on working until midnight to get me the result I wanted, without a word of complaint. The quality of the work was excellent too. Would certainly use them again - recommended to you.

HAD THESE GUYS COME AND BUILD A WARDROBE FOR ME VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. tHEY HAVE EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF BUILDING FURNITURE. WOULD 100% USE AGAIN

A pick up from Manor Park to Hackney. The driver helped me load the van with an antique desk and offload it in to my girlfriends flat. It was a on the day service for no extra cost. Also I used this business to pick up a multi-gym from the store and they delivered it to my house Marcus
