I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER WITH COMPANY. A SMARTPHONE CASE FOR 19DOLARS. AT FIRST THEY SAID THAT I NEED TO WAIT 2 WEEKS. THEN THEY SAID THAT THEY DONT HAVE AVAILABLE CASES AND I NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. I WAITED AND AFTER 3 WEEKS I SEND THEM AN EMAIL ASKING FOR MY MONEY. I GOT A CANCELLATION REPLY FROM THEM SAYING THAT I WILL GET A REFUND IN 7 DAYS. IS OVER A MONTH NOW AND DISPATE I SEND THEM SEVERAL EMAILS I HAVENT GOT A REPLY FROM THEM AND I HAVENT RECEIVE MY MONEY. PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM

I had to sent 3 mails to them before they would sent the cover. It took almost a month, for them to sent it. The cover looked great in the pictures, but when I got it, it was just some cheap China materials.

I ordered a case for my GS9 phone going on 3 months now, I reached out to customer service through email, FB massager and posts and still no reply as to where my order or refund is.. this is a big SCAM company!!!! Ordered a very nice looking phone case
Ordered a very nice looking phone case, covered both the front an back of the phone, looked like glass with metal bezel and held together with magnets.
What turned up months later was a very very cheap plastic case that only covered the back of the phone. Offered me a $5 voucher or $5 into my account. I think they are scammers/chancers banking on the fact that people won't bother sending unwanted items back and ask for refunds.

Very poor experience
Bought a set of bluetooth headphones that were advertised as resistant and suitable for excersising they took a long time to get here (this was expected) but when it took more than a month I sent an email as the DHL tracking number was invalid and no one ever answered. They finally arrived after 2 months and compared to similarly priced products the build and quality was so poor I don't even use them. Do not buy

Please do not buy from pickido. Com i purchased a Samsung phone cover waited week's for delivery and when it came yesterday the protective cover was smashed the phone cover is cheep and nasty they are a shower of cons they don't answer any emails

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! 😡 I ordered a magnetic phone case from them over a month ago. They immediately took payment for it out of my PayPal account, and that was the last I've heard. I've contacted them numerous times to no avail. This is ridiculous! How does a "company" get away with not responding to customer inquiries? Anyways after almost 2 months of waiting and my numerous email complaints, I finally received the item. It seems like decent quality, only time will tell. .

I ordered my phone case in August it is now November and still havent recieved it. I recieved a tracking number that has no record when I try to track it. Have sent two emails and havent haeard back from them. This is disgusting and the first time I have ordered from them, I will not be ordering again. I want my money back but they do not respond this is disgusting I have never had this trouble before I will be telling everyone I know and all over Facebook not to purchase from this site if I do not receive my phone case or a refund in the next 7 days

I ordered my case September 17th. It is now November 8th and I am still waiting. First they said they were out of stock... How do you sell something you don't have? It's a BS company taking large purchase orders, then when they have enough they buy from overseas. Customer service is horrible! Even after I asked for a refund (prior to it being shipped) they kept asking me to reconsider. I kept saying no, I waited long enough. Two weeks later they send me tracking info. Are you kidding me? Horrible company!
By the way, they have the same cases on Amazon for half the price.
Next time i'm buying from there!!

I ordered my phone case on September 17th and here it is November 7th and no phone case. I researched after ordering and seen that the reviews so I tried to cancel immediately. They refused and tried to convince me that their product was amazing. So I've been trying to be patient but I'm done. I'm reporting them to my back so I can try and get a refund. Like everyone else I recommend not ordering from this so called company. Nothing but a scam.

I only chose one star because they won't let you post if you do not. I also like the idea of their magnetic cases. However, Like many here, I ordered my two Snote 8 magnetic cases on 10/8/2018 and have written two subsequent emails with absolutely no response. No cases. I have received NOTHING from these people. In the first week after placing my order I recieved Items I purchased elsewhere from China and India within a week. So these people are totally lacking any semblance of customer awareness. I will check to see if my credit card was used and if it was I will contact my credit card company to tell them I refute the charge.

Ordered on October 7th, it took two weeks to get a shipping notice and the tracking number sent does not exist. I have sent multiple emails requesting an updated tracking number and gotten zero response. I am going to be starting a claim with my bank to get my money refunded. I advise not ordering from these scammers.

PICKIDO, A COMPLETE SCAM DON'T BUY ANYTHING
Received a phone case after 3 month and numerous threats of reporting them to PayPal only to get the wrong case. Ordered for a galaxy s9 but got a case for a note 9....
They have been complete imbecils throughout the entire process.
They are scammers, amateurs, and complete imbeciles and asshats DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS
I have written to them demanding a complete refund or they will see themselves reported to every instance I can think of. PayPal, VISA and Chinese authorities as well as my local legal authorities.
But even if they give me a refund I am strongly considering reporting them anyway.
