I truly cannot recommend this company highly enough. The quality of scent and sheer variety of fragrances are mind blowing. Helen is so knowledgeable of her goods and will help point you in the right direction of how best to get the most out of your wax melts and which scents to try. I simply can't get enough of them. First order
I made my first order last week 3 Oct 22 I made a mistake and got charged for del I messaged Helen who got it sorted. Anyhow I got my order within 3 days and I must say the smell from the box was amazing. I've tried a few upto now and the scent is strong. Will definitely be getting more. Thank you 😊

Reasonably priced definitely recommend

Great quality products and excellent service
I've bought soy wax tealights twice now online from Pick n Melt and have been delighted with my purchase every time. Excellent quality tea lights, despatched promptly and sent with minimal packaging made from recyclable materials. Excellent all round and highly recommended. Popped in to buy wax melts, they all smell so good. They also have bath bombs too. Very helpful knowledgeable. Parking is available outside in the lay-by and on the road.

Great service
Great service. Excellent product. The quality of the Soy candles are so much better than the cheap ones. Burn quality is great and the plastic tub recyclable.
From now on will always be buying these.

I love the candles
I love the candles. Appreciate the company packaging in cardboard and using paper tape.
Wasn’t happy that the cardboard packaging was wrapped in a plastic postal bag! I checked to see if it could be recycled, but it didn’t indicate it could.
Seemed to defeat the principles of using card board packaging and paper tape?

Due to the shape of your package, given what you ordered, I had to wrap it and things are pretty fast paced here. Single boxes of tealights come in a biodegradable bag for protection. But this package was too big for those bags. So I used one of the Royal Mail bags which were provided to us free when we first opened our Royal Mail account (years ago!). It is very rare that I use plastic packaging, but in this case it was the safest, most economical and oddly, with the smallest carbon foot print given that the bags were already here. You are right that it does seem to defeat the purpose. Rest assure it is a rare occurrence. Better single use than no use, I guess.

Absolutely gorgeous
Recently found PicknMelt at a local market. I never find melts in scents I like as prefer more sweet or food scents and they had loads! Thought I'd try a couple first to see how they were and not disappointed. I tried fudge cake first and it was divine and even though I only used one of the squares it lasted for days. Now melting banana bread and it is so tasty smelling. They keep there scent for days when when they aren't being heated. Can't wait to try more
