picknpull has become a real rip off, I have been to 4 of them in ca. The last time there were no parts I needed (even though the cars were listed as being there in their website) because the cars were picked clean. I didnt want to waste my day since it took 1 1/2 hour to get there and got a couple of crapy tail light lenzes. $94.00 when I got home I find out I could have bought brand new ones on e-bay for $45.00. the same applies for almost all the parts
Good place to get used parts however now they made the price to get in the yard even more to 3$ per person. A bit pricey if you ask me
I didnt want to believe, but It's official. Customer service is a thing of the past. I don't go to junk yards much...at all really. But was told to bring whatever part with you to match it, because the return policy is non-existent. So I go to Lynnwood pick n pull. Upon signing in the guy checks my toolbar. Part I need is right on top (sensor) spend an hour looking, some close but not quite. So I gran some wires to I hope is the alarm horns, so itsnot a wasted trip
Checking out. They start charging me for sensor. Which is broken btw, hence my purpose there. I asked for the guy that checked me in,seemed like the girl was holfing in a smile and points to the chevk on machine and keeps saying " you agreed to it, you agreed to it
I'm like agreed to what? Get that dude out here.not that I need the part anyway. But I was takin aback for sure. And she was diggin it. Oh well,
I'll let karma straighten her out. I'll never be back.
I used to work there and it was pretty decent at the time but now i revisit my old work site it's like a tornado ripped right through the place I've heard that the site manager alan leiva is always drunk. The exact pick-n-pull I'm referring to is Dallas west #85.
