Disappointed by poor zipper quality
We bought a backpack for my son from this brand, and at first, we were really happy with it. The design is great, and even after months of daily use since April, the backpack still looks almost new. Unfortunately, the zipper broke recently, which was a big disappointment for both my son and me because he really loved this backpack.
After reaching out to customer service, I did get a response and was told to contact bol.com since I purchased the backpack through them. I appreciate that they replied and explained the process.
I am still disappointed about the quality of the zipper and hope it was just bad luck with the one we received, maybe a factory defect. For now, I’ll be buying another backpack and try again because my son really likes the brand.
Overall, customer service was helpful, but I wish the zipper had lasted longer.
