Cotton T-Shirts turn out to be synthetic, returning them impossible
I ordered 3 t-Shirts (cotton) and got 100% synthetics. I contacted them to send the items back, they offered me 10%, than 15% reduction. Seen that the t-shirts were quite expensive (<20euros per shirt) I refused and insisted on sending them back. They gave me their return policy which is ridicoulous and very doubious.
1. They ask for sending by local mail by respecting 15 days, which is seen, that it has to be shipped to China, already not possible. Beside that there will be no trace ... so they can easlily declare to never having gotten the return, and I will not be able to prouve otherwise. That is NOT acceptable!!!
3. They write "there need to be charged shipping fee for the original package... the system will deduct the corresponding fee when we receive the returned package" - without telling me how high they are ???? What if I send the item back (bearing the return shipping fee), and then their system deduces a ridiculous high fee??!!! I will be in no power to oppose!! This too is NOT acceptable.
