The driver sent a text message he couldn’t find the address. I tried to call him and got a message in another language. I also texted the address to him and never got a response.
First a 12 hour delivery window is…
First a 12 hour delivery window is ridiculous. The only thing worse is waiting 12 hours and getting no delivery! After 8 hours I emailed and was told not to worry.
Well my delivery never showed and no one ever even contacted me. This is the only bad review I have ever written and I would tell anyone to think twice before using this company!!
Save yourself the trouble, move on
I’m only giving them one star because they have good text updates to let you know that they are delayed and that they are not going to show up at all. Absolutely worst service. Only use this company as a last resort, if you’ve exhausted all efforts and you’re comfortable having to reschedule your delivery day after day after day because they can’t find subcontractors to do the work. I suspect no independent contractors want to work with them because they take so much of the fee. My guy instinct

Terrible service. Scheduled delivery and pushed it out until later that day then canceled at 7:30pm. Waited all day for nothing.

I ordered a couch on 9/19 at 9am and paid 99 dollars for same day delivery. They did not show up. Apparently it’s not even guaranteed that they’ll show at all. I had schedule another appointment for 9/21 and hoping they’ll actually show up and not constantly tell me it’s been assigned to two people.

Terrible service!! Do not recommend delivery on online orders. Go in store for a more reliable deliver service. This company delayed same day service by two days then failed to show up until I contacted them! Buyer be aware!!!

I ordered six items to be delivered to…
I ordered six items to be delivered to my home August 15, 2023 and paid 351 dollars. I only received five of the items on August 15, 2023. The two drivers, one black young man and a white middle age man told me August 15, 2023 around 6pm that they would come back around 9-10pm August 15, 2023, and bring the last item they couldn't fit in the truck. They never came back. They were not friendly and seemed in a rush. I then have been asked to pay an additional $191 to get my final item not delivered, a dresser. Additionally, a mirror that was on the dresser that was delivered, was taken off at Ashely Furniture store in Salt Lake City and the two pieces that were were to attach the mirror to the dresser were not delivered to me August 15, 2023. So the drivers are at fault for this. I will never use this company's services again, and I called Ashely Furniture in Salt Lake City and they told me they will never utilize this company again. Your company is terrible and I will tell everyone I know not to use you. I was lied to by those two drivers. Your company was trying to extort me of my money. I called Ashley furniture, and they spoke with PICK UP and go no where. Ashely store representative told me they will never use PICK UP services again. The Ashley Furniture rep told me that through the Chat service on the PICK UP website that PICK UP told Ashley I only paid 251 dollars, not 351 dollars (I have proof from receipts and emails from PICK UP that I paid 351 dollars). There is no number to call these people at. Never work with this company. totally unprofessional and charlatans, and blatant extortion.

Fraudulent Misrepresentation - No Same Day/Scheduled Delivery
A true scammer company. There is indeed no on-time and same-day delivery. They charged me $119+tax and then, they did not delivery anything to me. I am gonna go to the store and ask for a full refund due to the incompetency and fraudulent misrepresentation of the PICKUP delivery company.
Unreliable delivery promises
Promises to deliver on Monday but got delayed a week with excuses. Delay to Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and now they say we are experiencing high demand so your job will be delayed again. I wonder why my delivery is not moved up to priority after been delayed for 5 days.

Horrible, horrible company. I need a couch delivered from the furniture store 3 miles away. It’s been over a week and I’ve rescheduled 5 times and no one ever shows up. And they can’t tell me what the hold up is with the order.
This morning they call to say they might be able to deliver today (which they’ve said every time before) so I said no. I was fed up. Immediately I get a call from the actual mover. He was so nice.
We agreed to bypass the company and he let me pay him directly, thank god. When I told him I’d been waiting for the delivery for a week he was shocked. “They just called me this morning” he said.
After a week of me waiting and having to sit in a beach chair at home because I didn’t have my couch.
No Showup no calls, they SUCK!
Been waiting since 10AM, its now 2PM and no communications! Home Goods should not recommend pickup(never) to their customers. I think Im going to dispute charges with Amex and rent a uhaul to get things done. Do not use them
