This company SUCKS

This company SUCKS. Straight up SUCKS. Do not use them. I ordered same day delivery on Friday, and they didn’t deliver. They gave an 8am-8pm window on Saturday, and yet again the sofa I ordered wasn’t delivered. They called and gave a delivery window from 10am-2pm for Sunday. Then at 11am on Sunday it said the delivery was delayed and they placed me back on an 8am-8pm window.

I tried calling customer service and THEYRE CLOSED.

I paid $100 for same day delivery AND I took a day and a half off work to ensure someone was home for delivery.

Just an absolute dreadful company with poor customer service beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before.

UPDATE: It is now Monday, November 28th and the delivery still has not occurred. Customer service called me last night and ASSURED me the sofa would be delivered this morning, and around 20 minutes ago I received a text stating that they’re experiencing delays. PickUp sucks. Plain and simple and BigLots should be absolutely ASHAMED to be partnered with them. BigLots has lost my business permanently due to the incompetence their partners over at PickUp has displayed for the several days.

Still haven't received my furniture…

Still haven't received my furniture from Big Lots! Paid extra to have it delivered asap in time for thanksgiving. No delivery yet and its after the date promised. The day it was promised i waited, was notified at 8 pm not coming. Next day waited, no delivery. If you cant do it, say so. Very poor service.

If I could give 0 starts I would

If I could give 0 starts I would. Purchased furniture yesterday afternoon online and scheduled delivery today after 5 since I had work. First driver had to cancel because no helper and then no one else contacted me. 7:54 pm they rescheduled my delivery for tomorrow and I would have never known if I hadn’t called myself and waited to speak to someone. I have family arriving tomorrow for the holidays and no living room furniture. so far this has been a horrible experience.

Shady, incompetent business.

This is the worst service I’ve had the displeasure of paying for. I’ve been rescheduled twice now after taking off work and keep getting the same canned excuses (and blatant lies) from their shady support team. My situation is identical to others that have posted—they claim there are delays, then miss the delivery window and reschedule you again. Shady business practices backed by a failed business model. I called my local store and they claimed I should just cancel the order and the store would find a local delivery company to guarantee delivery…they said this company is a complete joke. I wouldn’t recommend PICKUP to anyone!!

This company is incompetent

This company is incompetent. They partner with furniture stores and then don't have trucks large enough to move the product. Then they reschedule you twice because they can't get a driver who is able to move your furniture. You would think they would know after the first attempt.

They don’t deliver as they say.

They suck! Placed an online same day delivery with Big Lots for $99 3 days later and still awaiting delivery. They just keep scheduling 4 hour block for tomorrow and that day never comes. Waiting longer and longer for one item to arrive. Won’t ever buy from anyone who uses this company to deliver again. Nothing gets done!

Extremely worst customer service

Extremely worst customer service. I ordered from BigLots for the same day delivery and its been 4 days that I have been waiting for the delivery. All they tell me is that they are investigating and just wasting my time.

God awful

One word. Awful. They can’t deliver in the delivery window they assign and they’ll keep pushing out the delivery. Big lots partners with them and they offer same day delivery, well guess what? Total BS.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!
Had to give at least 1 star to post a review. Worst service ever. I’ve had TWO four hour windows and “whoops” we can’t make it. I told them I can not miss anymore work. I was told the fine print says schedule your window on your day off. Un-flippin real. What if I work 2 jobs and don’t get a day off. WORST SERVICE EVER! I will do all I can to post horrible reviews. They are dreadful. Outcome…schedule another window but no guarantees. Eff that

this company should be shut down for…

this company should be shut down for breach of contract based on the arranged date & time delivery was supposed to be 11Nov22 10-2:00 was not delivered until13Nov22. Going to the Army base Fort Gordon, Ga where the delivery contract was payed for & file a formal complaint, called the 800 560-2168 4 times on 11Nov22 after failure to inform they couldn’t honor their contact delivery date with no legitimate reason. I paid $182 for a washer & dryer delivery service. I spent hours & frustrating energy on the phone trying to fix the situation. This is not a Trust Worthy company i will never use again & will not recommend to anyone. i am also going to report you to the Better Business Bureau. When the washer & dryer was delivered 13Nov22 we had to tell them to take it out of the box. Shame on your Company.

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. Purchased furniture and the store used this company as the delivery agent. I was told my furniture would arrive today and took the day off work and my delivery window is closed and my furniture is still at the store of purchase. Customer service was awful and could not even tell when it will come now. I will have to take another day off and they can’t even tell me what day. Then the customer service chat person disconnected me because they could not answer me. Worst experience ever. I will probably cancel the furniture now and pay attention when repurchasing what company the store uses for delivery, I paid for delivery, they could at least deliver it.

As I'm reading the comments, pretty much everyone is going through the same situation with this terrible Company.
I have ordered my couch 10/22 to get it delivered 10/27. I requested at work to take the day off. Delivery was scheduled between 0800-2000. At 10Am I received a text message from them saying, Pickup Delivery: We're experiencing delays. We'll attempt delivery by end of day & call when enroute.
At 1400 I received a call, telling me they're short staffed and don't have a second driver.
I rescheduled for 10/27 between 1000-1400. at 11 a clock I received the same text as the day before. This time I raised hell. I told them on the phone , this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Now the delivery date is scheduled for Sunday 10/30. I told her on the phone, well, let's see what your excuse will be on Sunday.
Heads up everyone, if you order from Big Lots, make sure they'll not pick this incompetent people as the delivery company.

TERRIBLE LYING COMPANY!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Placed an order with Big Lots on 10/12 for "Same Day Delivery" on 10/14 between 8a-8p. Received a text message at noon on the date of delivery saying they were experiencing delays and no further correspondence. I called them at 7:30p to find out if my item would actually be delivered and was told there was a shortage of drivers but could reschedule for 10/18 when they will have more drivers available. 10/18 rolls around and I yet again receive the dreaded "experiencing delays" text message and get a call from a representative telling me there's a driver shortage AGAIN and the only date available to reschedule is 10/21 with no guarantee from them that my item will actually be delivered. I asked to speak with a supervisor but was told there wasn't one available at the time and they can only put in a request for a call back within 48hrs. So here we are the day before my THIRD scheduled delivery date, have yet to speak with a supervisor & hoping and praying for my couch to actually be delivered tomorrow after being given the runaround multiple times. Save yourself the headache and never do business with this company!!!

If there was 0 stars I would. We had a confirmed pickup for 10 AM to 2 PM, and at 1 PM, we got contacted by a mover who said they had absolutely no information about our pick-up. So I provided it to them. Then he was told his team was pulled off of the job and another team was handling it. I received no contact information from the people at Pickup.

I contacted Pickup 4 times to try to get a resolution - once to try to get another team, then to figure out the scheduling. The second time I was told another team was on the way by 8 PM (EOD) with no contact what-so-ever. A disaster. The third time, I was told no one was working at PICKUP and to contact during "regular business hours". So I contacted the next day with no avail, being told "sorry there's nothing we can do about this." and that "they're working on getting another team". We took two days off to handle this with them and it's just unacceptable. Avoid this place like a plague. The staff don't give any two craps about you and the movers they hire (while they are professional) aren't even allowed to communicate without corporate assistance. The last time we contacted, we were told to cancel and I requested a refund to be told that it would take up to 5 business days.

TERRIBLE Company.

A Little Rough of a Delivery

The two movers could not lift my velvet couch above the stair handrail, so shoved it up the 17 step stairway. One of the two adjustable headrests now only lays down; cannot place it in the standing position. Not exactly sure of delivery date as I had prepaid it and the movers left no paperwork.

Slowest resolution response in the world

They didn't deliver two of my items but marked them as complete...then told me they needed 2-7 days for an "investigation" before they could even say if they could refund or reship.

I have been waiting 2 days for my…

I have been waiting 2 days for my delivery. They keep saying they are over booked. Nothing. No call or anything. Ridiculous. I have stayed home two days. I am ready to cancel the order. Get my money back. Horrible business.
