Great Deals and Smooth Experience

Booking my vacation was quick and hassle-free. The platform offered great prices and plenty of options to tailor my trip בדיוק how I wanted it. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I felt confident throughout the process. I’d definitely use it again for future travels.

Fraud company who uses google & third party apps to book your holiday without knowledge

There should be option to provide a negative review as well, i would rate -4*. Utter Rubbish company. My vacation & money got wasted because of Pick your trail. I had a family trip planned of Switzerland & Paris. The hotels they provided was in remote third locations (Away from Airport & also far from all tourists places.) Even the 24x7 helpline people were just call center guys who did not knew my itinieary and always provided Google suggestions. After just couple of days it was better to ask chatgpt & google for directions & places. This is a fraud company who is just using third party apps to book holidays for you without any planning and guidance. i even missed my train from paris to switzerland because of them & i had to buy on spot tickets and cough another 1lakh.

Disappointing experience, please avoid

I recently completed my Singapore trip with Pickyourtrail and had a very disappointing experience. Right from the airport pickup, the entire trip was less of an experience and more like a pickup and drop service without any trip guidance. All the drivers and trip coordinators were extremely rude and helpless. I was definitely expecting a better service and experience from Pickyourtrail.

Beware of Scams!

They advertise transparent pricing, expert visa guidance, 24/7 support, and a holiday experience “as smooth as the holiday itself.” My family paid nearly INR 3 lakh and received a more interpretive version of that promise.

The process began with the usual urgency: send the money overnight so the flights can be booked immediately. This was followed by the less glamorous discovery that the sensible routing had, in fact, not been secured. We were later told ticket prices had changed because of “war,” which is an impressively grand explanation. It has sweep. It has scale. It also has the small disadvantage of sounding very much like a substitute for “we did not book the flights when we said we would.”

They then tried to make us start our Japan trip from Chennai. Not because that was the plan, naturally, but because at PickYourTravails, logistics appear to be a creative writing exercise. When we refused, they said they would get back to us. This turned out to mean reappearing closer to departure and attempting the same nonsense again, by which point a perfectly ordinary one-stop journey had been carefully refined into a two-stop inconvenience.

Their visa guidance was similarly memorable. Hotel details unclear, flight details unclear, document guidance wrong, and the itinerary communicated in fragments unless repeatedly chased. Information arrived only under pressure, which gave the entire experience the brisk efficiency of filing taxes during a power cut.

Communication throughout was slow, evasive, and almost academically vague. And now, even after more than a week of trying to extract a refund, they still have not properly gotten back to us.

For a company in the business of holidays, PickYourTravails shows a striking gift for administrative suffering.

Unprofessional

Pick Your Trail completely ruined our Dubai trip. Their operations are highly unprofessional, and once payment is made, the experience quickly turns into a frustrating ordeal. There is a clear lack of coordination and attention to basic details—for instance, they booked one hotel but arranged pickups from a different branch of the same hotel, creating unnecessary confusion.

For our airport drop, the cab driver refused service at the last minute, leaving us stranded and scrambling for alternatives. Their local partners are unreliable, and the team in India is equally unprofessional, often withholding critical information. For example, only after full payment did they inform us that baby prams are not allowed in the cabs they arranged—something that was a key requirement for us. Had we known this earlier, we would have opted for private taxis instead.

Overall, this lack of transparency and poor service made our experience extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding Pick Your Trail and choosing more established and reliable travel providers instead.

1/10

1/10 – Very Disappointing Experience with PickYourTrail
Unfortunately, our Thailand trip booked through PickYourTrail turned out to be quite disappointing. From the planning stage itself, the coordination was poor and communication was inconsistent. We often had to follow up multiple times to get basic information about the itinerary and travel requirements.
The itinerary shared with us lacked clarity, and several important details were either missing or changed at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress during the trip. Pickups and drop-offs were not well coordinated, and we experienced delays that affected our daily plans.
The hotels arranged were not up to the expected standards and did not match what was promised during the booking stage. Instead of being comfortable and value for money, the accommodations felt poorly selected.
Support during the trip was also limited. Whenever we faced issues, responses were delayed and we did not feel adequately supported by the team. Overall, the trip did not meet our expectations in terms of planning, professionalism, or customer care.
Sadly, what should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful experience. Based on this experience, we would not recommend PickYourTrail for travel planning.

My Worst Travel Experience

My Worst Travel Experience – Strongly DO NOT Recommend PickYourTrail for Turkey

Our experience with PickYourTrail (PYT) was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone planning a Turkey trip to avoid them.

1. Poor Planning from the Beginning
I am based in Hyderabad, yet PYT assigned a Chennai-based agent to handle our trip. Initially, the Hyderabad team kept calling and suggesting we should go with them instead because we might face problems later, but they never clearly explained what those problems would be. Eventually, we proceeded with the Chennai team.

Once the itinerary was finalized, the PYT agent asked us to send our passports to their Chennai office for the Turkey visa process. Since we had never travelled to Europe before and usually visited countries where visas are easy or on-arrival, this process was new to us. Sending passports to Chennai felt uncomfortable and poorly planned, especially when a Hyderabad office existed.

It became clear that the Chennai agent simply wanted the project under her account without proper coordination.

2. Visa Process Chaos
Because we were hesitant to send our passports, we ended up coordinating with another visa agent and handled the entire documentation process ourselves—downloading papers, preparing documents, and spending a significant amount of money on it. Eventually PYT refunded the visa fee they had charged, but the entire situation showed how disorganized the process was.

3. Activities in Turkey – Completely Mismanaged
We had specifically requested activities like the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia and the Red City Underground Tour.

The hot air balloon ride was cancelled on the first day due to snow (which is understandable).

However, for the next day they were supposed to arrange another slot. Despite constant follow-ups, their so-called 24×7 concierge service was completely useless.

Since PYT failed to secure a slot, we were forced to book the hot air balloon ourselves locally, which cost us significantly more.

In the itinerary, PYT had charged ₹50,000 for the balloon ride, and I have the detailed cost breakdown. Yet when they finally refunded the amount, they only returned ₹26,000, claiming that was their internal cost. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.

4. No Ground Support in Turkey
Throughout the trip, PYT kept saying their “Turkey team was not responding.” That itself is a major red flag. If you are charging premium prices for a destination, you should have proper local support and manpower.

It became clear that they have no real operational presence in Turkey and rely on unreliable third parties while marketing themselves as experts.

5. No Accountability Even After Escalation
Even after formally escalating the issue via email and sharing screenshots of their ineffective “24×7 concierge” support, there has been no proper response or resolution.

This was by far the worst travel planning experience I have had. Poor coordination, lack of transparency, no local support, and ineffective customer service.

If a minus rating existed, I would give that.

Strongly NOT recommended if you are planning a trip to Turkey with PickYourTrail.

My Sri Lanka Trip Experience

My Sri Lanka Trip Experience with Pickyourtrail

Before the trip, I got clarity about my Sri Lanka honeymoon package only at the last minute, which itself was disappointing. Before payment, the sales team made several promises, and I trusted them and proceeded with the payment. However, after payment, a new sales person took over and said that no such promises were made, blaming poor knowledge transfer from the previous executive.

The support before payment was very good, but after payment, the support quality dropped drastically. The responsiveness and care were not the same as before.

After arriving in Sri Lanka, we met our driver/guide. Unfortunately, on the way to the hotel, we met with a major accident. Thankfully, no one was injured, but it was a serious incident, not a minor one. We were stuck on the road for nearly 3 hours. I informed the Pickyourtrail team immediately, but their response and follow-up after the accident were not satisfactory.

This was our honeymoon trip and first international trip, and I expected more care and concern from Pickyourtrail. Because of the delay, we reached the hotel very late, which affected our sleep and also impacted the next day’s early morning trekking plan. No complimentary support or gesture was provided for this inconvenience.

On the first day, we stayed at Flower Garden Hotel, where:
• The internet connection was very poor
• The water heater was not working

We informed the hotel twice, but there was no response. I did not expect Pickyourtrail to book such a hotel for a honeymoon trip.

On our last stay in Ella, at Ella Jungle Resort, the cable car service was not working. Because of this, we had to walk nearly 15 minutes at night through jungle steps, including a wooden bridge. This situation made my wife very scared, and it was uncomfortable and unsafe for a honeymoon couple.

We were also informed that we would receive a complimentary cake on Day 4, but we did not receive it. Even after informing them again on Day 5, the cake was delivered only on Day 6, which was our full travel day to the airport. There was no proper time or situation to celebrate, so the purpose of the cake was completely lost.

There were a few other issues as well, which I am not mentioning here because after informing Pickyourtrail, they tried to resolve those.

Despite all these issues, I must say that our driver was excellent — very calm, supportive, and did his best to cover all planned places. Thanks to him, we still managed to enjoy the trip.

Final Suggestion

You can choose Pickyourtrail, but:
• If they make any promises before booking, ask for official confirmation by email
• Do not blindly trust calls or WhatsApp messages
• Double-check hotels on your own
• Always be mentally prepared to manage things on the ground

The trip itself was enjoyable, but the above issues disturbed our honeymoon experience and should be taken seriously.

SubExecutive Feedback on Recent Bali Trip

Subject : Executive Feedback on Recent Bali Trip
Hi,
Good morning.
I would like to formally share my feedback on our recently concluded Bali trip arranged by PickYourTrail.
Overall, I would rate the experience 3.5 out of 5. Based on my over two decades of international travel experience, I believe there are specific areas where operational and service-level improvements are required to enhance customer experience and protect brand reputation.
1. Communication Platform
The in-app chat facility was ineffective and often disruptive during our stay. Accessing the chat was cumbersome, responses were delayed, and there appeared to be inadequate coordination with the on-ground Bali team.
For real-time issue resolution, I strongly recommend a dedicated WhatsApp group involving travelers and PickYourTrail representatives. Additionally, the app generates excessive and non-essential notifications, which further detracts from usability.
2. Driver/Guide Engagement
While the driver/guide received us appropriately upon arrival in Kuta, the overall engagement was minimal. A more proactive approach—such as sharing insights into Bali’s culture, heritage, and lifestyle during travel—would have significantly elevated the experience.
3. On-Site Support at Attractions
At most tourist locations, the driver/guide did not accompany us and remained at the parking area. This was in contrast to the experience of other tourists, whose guides were actively involved. This gap reflects directly on service quality and brand perception.
4. Hotel Accommodation
• Ubud: The accommodation was excellent and met expectations.
• Kuta: The hotel experience was unsatisfactory. Food quality was average, complimentary meals were below standard, and the complimentary spa service was subpar. I would strongly advise against recommending such properties to PickYourTrail customers in the future.
5. Water Sports Coordination (Kuta – Final Day)
Coordination with the water sports agency was poor. We had to repeatedly locate the agency to organize activities, indicating a lack of prior alignment and oversight.
In closing, I acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of the PickYourTrail team in planning and executing the trip. I trust this feedback will be reviewed constructively and used to strengthen service delivery. We remain open to considering PickYourTrail for future travel, subject to these improvements.
Thank you.
Regards,
Srinivasa Kumar Padala

We booked our trip with PYT to Maldives

We booked our trip with PYT to Maldives
My booking id is BOOKING ID : 508114, 508116, 508182

We previously have travelled to Maldives with PYT then the staff were experienced and tailored the trip accodring to our requirements. This trip was a big disappointment. The whole experience was extremely disappointing.

The PYT staff did not clearly explain the different villa categories though we asked for a luxury over water villa at Siyam World and ended up booking us a basic villa, despite us requesting a split stay. We had confirmed and paid for an itinerary that included 2 nights in an Overwater Villa and 6 nights in a Beach Villa.

However, after full payment, the plan was changed to 2 nights Beach Villa, 2 nights Overwater Villa, and 4 nights Beach Villa. Because of this change—which was entirely not our fault—we were forced to move our luggage multiple times during the trip, which completely disrupted what should have been a relaxing Maldives vacation.

Even after getting here we contacted the PYT team to upgrade the villa but they could not help us at all they kept saying the villa what we got is the best one which clearly isnt. Because we have stayed in a ocean villa before with better amenities.

Overall, this was not the level of service we expected. I would not recommend PickYourTrail if you want a peaceful trip.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. We booked our Vietnam trip with them on 1st of Jan 2026, they have us the worst property in phu quoc . There was no breakfast no dinning no good in our hotel or nearby. The hotel room were unclean , unhygienic, fldoors were not locking, hotel staff were rude . On reaching out to customer support in Pickyourtrail they did not do anything to help us all they said sorry for your inconvenience. Very unprofessional and rude while asking for help all they said will get back. They applied our visa even wrong for one person. Please don’t trust this company if you want a hassle free travel. Worst decision ever. They will charge you for everything but zero service. Even when i wanted to change my hotel at my own expense they couldn’t confirm me the same for pickup and we couldn’t get another hotel as it was sold out. They misguided us completely. The amount they take you can book a headache free trip by yourself with better budget. So please don’t book with this company. They have no idea of what they are doing zero zero experience. Shitiest experience ever. I have booked with Thomas cook, SOTC make my trip they might charge you a bit extra but you won’t have any issues once you reach the destination. Avoid this company at all cost

**Tour Code:** 130903

**Tour Code:** 130903
**Company Name:** PickYourTrail – Travel Troops Global Private Ltd
**Destination:** Georgia
**Travel Dates:** 20-12-2025 to 27-12-2025
**Duration:** 8 Days / 7 Nights
**Guests:** 3 Adults + 1 Child

I booked a Georgia trip with **PickYourTrail – Travel Troops Global Private Ltd**, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Based on my journey, I strongly feel that **PickYourTrail – Travel Troops Global Private Ltd** lacks experience in handling international tours.

### ❌ Major Issues Faced

* **No support during immigration (very critical):**
On arrival in Georgia, there was a document mismatch and the immigration officer asked for clarification.
I tried calling multiple **PickYourTrail – Travel Troops Global Private Ltd** contacts (Arya, Chandramouli, Dinesh Ram Kumar, and others) between **6:00–6:30 PM IST**, but **no one responded**.

* **Family stuck at immigration:**
I was waiting for nearly **1 hour at the immigration counter** with my **5-year-old child** and **65-year-old mother**, without any support. We were not allowed to move forward during this time.

* **False promise of 24/7 support:**
**PickYourTrail – Travel Troops Global Private Ltd** claims to provide **24/7 customer support**, but this was clearly not true when we needed it the most.

* **App completely unreliable:**
They insist the PYT app will help in emergencies, but the app kept **crashing continuously**. I couldn’t access documents or information when it mattered.

* **Unprofessional response later:**
The next day, Dinesh Ram Kumar replied, and when I asked why no one responded earlier, I was told they respond **only during working hours**.
If emergencies are handled only in working hours, then calling it “24/7 support” is misleading.

* **One-way communication during the trip:**
During the tour, the team would make one mandatory call per day.
If I missed their call and returned it after 20–30 minutes, **they would not respond**.
It felt like communication was allowed only when *they* wanted, not when the customer needed help.

* **Worst customer support & poor app:**
Overall, the customer support team felt like they were working only for name sake. The app and support system are both unreliable.

* **Bad local driver experience:**
The driver assigned during the trip was impatient and not customer-friendly.
He rushed us at every attraction, pressured us to return early, and spoke harshly at times.
It felt like the goal was to finish the day quickly and drop us back at the hotel, rather than letting us enjoy the trip.

* **No coordination between Indian team and local guide:**
I was stuck between the foreign tour guide and the Indian **PickYourTrail – Travel Troops Global Private Ltd** team, with no clear ownership or accountability.

* **Lack of international tour experience:**
It honestly felt like **PickYourTrail – Travel Troops Global Private Ltd** was **learning international tour management by using customers as test cases**. We paid full money but were treated like trial users.

### ⚠️ Final Thought

**PickYourTrail – Travel Troops Global Private Ltd** does **not have the experience or systems required to manage international trips**, especially destinations like Georgia.
The trip was stressful, poorly managed, and unsafe during critical moments.

If I had planned this trip on my own, it would have been **far better and less stressful**.
Booking with **PickYourTrail – Travel Troops Global Private Ltd** turned out to be a **complete waste of money and trust**.

I strongly recommend others **think carefully before booking international trips with PickYourTrail – Travel Troops Global Private Ltd**.

We booked our Vietnam vacation with…

We booked our Vietnam vacation with Pick Your Trail (PYT) under Tour Code ID191125PYT-2810715, and it turned out to be extremely frustrating. Wrong hotel rooms, daily confusion, missing inclusions, and a completely misrepresented cruise ruined the experience. Coordination from PYT staff — Soundarya, Ayushi Khandelwal, and Raj Lakshmi — was poor. I would not suggest using PYT for international travel.

Detailed Review:

We trusted PYT to handle a well-planned trip for our group. Unfortunately, we spent more time resolving issues than enjoying our vacation.

1. Before the Trip

The itinerary we paid for clearly had a Bana Hills stay. After we made the payment, the stay disappeared from the final plan without explanation. Getting visas, insurance, and vouchers required constant follow-ups.

The shock came when, right before our departure, the team demanded extra payment to add Bana Hills — something originally part of our itinerary. This last-minute chaos set a very negative tone.

Despite multiple communications with Soundarya, Ayushi Khandelwal, and Raj Lakshmi, responses were slow and unclear. Even marking emails to Hari Ganpati didn’t help.

2. During the Trip
• Hotel Mess:
We booked two deluxe rooms but got one normal room and one bunk-bed room, completely unsuitable for a couple.
• Coordination Issues:
We had to repeatedly ask for pickup details every day. The team never provided them proactively.
• Bana Hills Ticket Problem:
At the cable-car station, we were told our tickets weren’t included. We stood there for an hour while PYT fixed the mistake at the last second.
• Entry Tickets Not Included:
During the Ninh Binh/Mua Cave tour, we were the only ones asked to pay separately. This was embarrassing and unexpected.
• Halong Bay Cruise Misrepresentation:
The cruise we were promised was luxurious. The one we got was the complete opposite — small boat, limited food, no sunset party, and no drinks. Only after escalating did we get the bamboo boat ride.

3. Final Thoughts

Our entire trip felt like crisis management. For the price paid, the experience didn’t match even basic expectations. PYT’s handling was unprofessional and highly disappointing.
I strongly recommend reconsidering if you’re planning to book with Pick Your Trail.

Major Mismanagement & Trauma — Our Vietnam Trip with Pick Your Trail (PYT) Was a Disaster.

Title:

“Major Mismanagement & Trauma — Our Vietnam Trip with Pick Your Trail (PYT) Was a Disaster.”

Short Summary
We booked a Vietnam trip through Pick Your Trail (PYT) — Tour Code ID191125PYT-2810715 — and it turned out to be one of the most stressful travel experiences ever.
Miscommunication, last-minute shocks, wrong room types, missing vouchers, delays from the ground team (Soundarya, Ayushi Khandelwal, Raj Lakshmi), and a completely misrepresented cruise experience ruined our trip.
Proceed with caution.

Full Detailed Review:

1. Planning Mess:
We paid for an itinerary that included a Bana Hills stay. After payment, PYT silently removed it. Only after 10 days of follow-ups — and 10 minutes before our flight — their team (Soundarya/Ayushi Khandelwal/Raj Lakshmi) asked us to pay extra for something that was already included.

Visas, vouchers, and insurance were all given at the last minute.

Even emails sent to Hari Ganpati received no response.

2. On-Trip Problems:
• Ho Chi Minh rooms were completely wrong — one room was a bunk-bed room.
• Daily transfer details came at the last minute.
• Bana Hills cable car vouchers were not arranged; we waited one hour at the station.
• At Mua Cave, we were told to buy tickets while everyone else had them included.
• The Halong Bay cruise was not at all the cruise promised in the itinerary — cheap boat, poor food, no party, no drinks, and bamboo ride only after escalation.

3. Mental Trauma:
From Day 1 to Day 6, we faced unnecessary stress, confusion, embarrassment, and helplessness due to PYT’s negligence and poor coordination.

4. Conclusion:
Pick Your Trail (PYT) overpromises and under-delivers.
The team we dealt with — Soundarya, Ayushi Khandelwal, and Raj Lakshmi — showed delayed responses and poor coordination throughout.
This experience ruined our holiday.
I strongly recommend avoiding PYT for international travel.

Beware of PickYourTrail – A Complete Scam!

We were three girls and paid ₹1,20,000 each for this trip, which was extremely costly. Initially, they told us that flight tickets were included, but later they said flight charges were separate. Even a day before the trip, they informed us that we had to pay an additional 50 AED green tax at the Dubai hotel, which was never mentioned during booking.
Our flight was delayed, so we missed the cruise dinner. I requested rescheduling, but the representative, Nitya Nimmi, was extremely rude and kept saying, “You have a booking.” My first day turned out to be horrifying.
The desert safari was only 2-3 km, and the food was completely terrible. The Al Khoory Executive Hotel was located in an area that felt like a labor camp. The room was cramped with three beds and barely any space to move. Service was awful—we had to call for cleaning every day. Despite being three girls, they gave us an itinerary meant for two people.
It’s totally a scam! I asked for a refund for the missed cruise dinner. Initially, they refused and told me to have dinner elsewhere and send them the bill. After a long process and being scolded, I finally received the refund. Every transfer was on shared transport, which was never clearly communicated.
Please think twice before booking with PickYourTrail. My experience was extremely disappointing and stressful.

PickYourTrail never ever again.

We recently completed a family trip with PYT .

Some of the components were very disappointing and i want to bring it to your attention.

We were provided the worst possible rooms in singpaore hotel, which upon repeated request were finally been changed.

In kualalampur , we needed to pay extra for changing our rooms, also we were given a hotel with minimal in room dining options.

In Langkawi, we needed to pay extra for changing our rooms.
Attractions which were verbally been committed were not included in the tour plan and finally we were not been able to see those.

Also, while booking we were been told all room rates are refundable rate but when we requested it was not accomodated.
Please note, even if we were promised multiple times we understood none of the hotel was 4* and above which is complete breach of trust.

The on trip support was very limited, for everything i needed to mail and wait for a resolution which ruined a lot of time for us.

Overall, the experience can not be more than 2*, i wanted to drop this note to you before i post the same in public forum.

All having said, I will keep this experience in mind while booking our next trip and assess for better partners.

I had a very disappointing experience with PYT

I had a very disappointing experience over a recent call with PickYourTrail, Gaurav. I had reached out to plan a trip to Georgia (Tbilisi). Initially, he mentioned that your team are experts and would handle the planning. However, he later struggled to even locate the destination - I had to spell it out for him.

He also couldn’t find relevant flight options and quoted almost double the actual cost for the visa. When I mentioned that the pricing seemed high, he abruptly responded with okay, you plan it yourself and ended the call.

This was extremely unprofessional and not at all the level of service I expected from PickYourTrail

Here is your testimonials which I will…

Here is your testimonials which I will add to your website as well

Our experience with pick your trail was not that great the way claim to be given best experience. I feel if you book directly with the resort then you might have better experience or anyways will get the same experience center activities

Whatever activities given we didn’t got most of it !!! What is the point paying premium but what mentioned , nothing you get.

Good things:
sea plan experience was good as this is the first time experience
- Rooms were good and met expectations
- food was good and ok with expectations
- view and resort was good looking
- water pool villa experience was good along with the beach view cottage stay is good
the main restaurant staff were very friendly and entirely resort these group of staff should get only award.

Not worth / not liking at all :

1 . Activities are not guest time friendly and they don’t brief in advance .
2. Package was included group snorkelling but not available when we asked saying not falling in to our asking day ( should not have mentioned in the activity list.
3. Dolphins view cruise was part of the package and initially they scheduled the time but when we asked they said it was not available for today went for finishing but due to bad weather activity was not excited ( NO complain here as it’s weather issue )
4. diving unit is not that co-operative. Little arrogance in nature
few lady staff are arrogance . Not sure if just towards Indians .
They shifted our luggage from one room to another without our consent even though exact time were given . They shifted as per their convenience which scary as our personal belongings they themselves shifted in our absence. If any lost item is their then who will take responsibility

Even though we have communicated our experience and issues with the pickyour trail , none of the Cordinator try to resolve it apart from just saying “how’s your experience? We are looking in to it . Etc..

Definitely not recommend them for future trips !! I would recommend book directly with resorts as Maldives all resort will have same amazing view , where only staying / guest experience matters nothing else .

I booked a Sri Lanka tour package with Pick Your Trails and paid an advance of Rs. 1,00,000 on September 17. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my participation on September 23, while the rest of the family continued the trip.

At the time of cancellation, I was assured of a Rs. 50,000 refund. Later, the explanation suddenly changed — I was told the total package amount was Rs. 1,22,857 and that only Rs. 50,000 would be refunded. This is misleading because initially it was said to be a 50% refund of the Rs. 1,00,000 advance, but later it was altered to a fixed Rs. 50,000, which is much less.

This amounts to changing the terms after collecting money, which is unfair and unethical. Customers cannot be treated this way after trusting a company with such a large advance.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this was handled and consider this practice as misleading and exploitative. I will be filing this as a formal complaint and also sharing my honest experience publicly so that other travelers are not misled by such refund policies.

Final Note: The refund handling by Pick Your Trails was inconsistent, unfair, and felt like a complete breach of trust.

I had gone with them to Azerbaijan

I had gone with them to Azerbaijan. They booked shady hotels with stench so bad. They refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and ruined our trip experience. They just have a good sales team who sell you packages big on the ground execution is very poor.
