Doesnt work and dont refund anything, cant connect FB & Instagram

As of March 2024 this software is unusable as you can not synch with Facebook and Instagram . It has so much potential yet if they cannot resolve this after a month I do not hold out much hope for its future.

There is no way a group of people could be more incompetent. Want a good headache? Want a cluster **** that you pay for? Enjoy Picmaker. They will deliver both.

I've been using Picmaker since July 2022. It is easy to use, and they have good tutorials. I use it for my social media. They provide good designs and templates. The support team is very nice and responsive. Picmaker perfectly works for my goals.

I love using picmaker . I have been using it for over a year and it so easy to use and let's you change things to make it your own between lots of choices of fonts, backgrounds, and even letting you use your own pictures to enhance the experience.

They refuse to delete your account and personal information even when you ask them to . . . totally untrustworthy

My name is Dr. Cohen. I signed up with Picmaker but was unable to complete the task the I was trying to create. I was surprised to get an email from them asking how things were going. I told them that I did not have success with my project. The next thing I know I am on the phone with one of their graphic designers and he spent about 2 hours on the phone with me helping me create a banner ad and logo for youtube. I now have one of the best designs of anyone I have seen on youtube. I can't promise that they will provide this service for everyone but obviously they care about their clients and they are experts in their field. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company bar none. I highly recommend them and if I could I would give them 6 stars instead of 5.

Totally unsatisfied with this App. Because I purchased LTD from Appsumo and as per their plan we can use 50 premium stock images and create designs.

But After purchasing, while I tried to create one youtube thumbnail and tried to download it that time It asked me 15$. Why? Because I used ELITE stock image. I did not understand and raised a complaint to support team. They told me that there 3 types of images are available Free, Premium and ELITE. They are not disclosing this ELITE image in any of plans and use it in MAD feature.

It means if you are using MAD feature then you won't know your design is either using the premium image of ELITE image. During downloading, when it will ask $15 per ELITE image that time you will realize that your design is using the ELITE image. While so many stock image sites charge note more than 3$ per image.

This is one kind of hidden charge. For a single stock image, they charge $15 even though you have 50 premium credit is existing but it won't use it. Horrible charges and horrible experience in my first design. Do not recommending. Go with other options.

I am using it for past 1 year. I love the software, need more features. But for a free tool what they are offering is way more than what others do.

Free tool for thumbnail Making. They should expand to other designs. Infoographic charts are really intuitive.
