Pico Sauces
I came across these sauces at the Hampton Court Food Fayre, and had a chat to some of the team.
Their sauces are nothing short of sensational. The Ghost Pepper Sauce certainly delivers a kick, but not at the expense of flavour.
The Punjabi Ketchup is delicious. I’m about to order my third bottle; I haven’t had conventional ketchup since I discovered this...
The Tamarind Sauce is sweeter and tangy, less spicy, but no less tasty. We love it with a fry up or sausage sandwiches.
I’d love to see these sauces on supermarket shelves at some point; they’re exceptional.
