pics4events.com additional costs by buyer.

pics4events.com are print fulfilment partners who dispatch photos to buyers for palacephotos.com.

pics4events failed to correctly complete Customs declaration form (i.e. they did not complete mandatory customs boxes), which resulted in an additional payment of 18 euros having to be paid to the French Post Office, just to receive 1 photograph, even though I already paid the full amount (inc taxes) for International P&P.

No response to my emails or request for refund as a result of their errors.
