Terrible printing. Really fuzzy quality despite uploading a clear image. Very glad I ordered a prototype before buying 50+.

Excellent Service
I made an A5 landscape 20pp book of precious drawings by my long gone grandad. The software was very easy to use and editing my book was easy. 8 books and free delivery. Print quality was great and postage was speedy. My family are delighted with them. Thank you PicsMe.

I created a 20 page soft cover A4 photo…
I created a 20 page soft cover A4 photo book using their excellent online programme - I found it to be the easiest for me on my MAC - really struggled with other sites that were complicated, un-intuitive, and in some case dysfunctional - perhaps they were designed for Windows.
I paid £4.89 plus postage for just one book - wanting to see what it would be like. I needn’t have worried - it was FABULOUS!!. Printed on good quality glossy photo paper. Well exceeding my expectations and terrific value compared to the opposition.
Pressed the button online this Monday and received it today Friday.
I am now about to order 12 more of these books and now working on my next project.

I have never written a negative review…
I have never written a negative review before. However, I have been trying to contact PicsMe about an order that they sent with incorrect items in- they said they would replace it but simply stopped answering my emails before they did so. I have tried contacting them from another account however this has not worked either. I feel like I have been scammed out of my money and could not be more disappointed.

The mug design tool was easy to use
The mug design tool was easy to use, the only problem I had was it crashed and I lost my first design, however I had swapped text colour numerous times trying to decide.
Like the plain packaging but would like the option to add photo to the box.
Quality of mug and print great. Would of liked an e-mail to say they were despatched.
Overall very pleased.

NO RESPONSE
Emailed, messaged on facebook and instagram and no response. Was also charged twice, had to contact paypal for a refund of one of them. Order said it hadn't gone through so didn't expect to be charged. Now i go on to my orders and it has said processing for the past week. I would either like a refund or my actual order please!

Not so great on the customer service
Not so great on the customer service. I received the wrong size print. Emailed customer service, got zero response. I am now out of pocket finding another printer to print the correct size. It was for a customer of mine, so they have been waiting too. Have ordered many, many prints, but won't be ordering again. I have found a new supplier.
