The quality of the puzzle exceeded my expectations. Love it!!!!

The quality of the reproduction of my artwork onto metal was true to the colors of my artwork. The framed piece was perfectly wrapped, and the delivery time was well within expectations. This is the second time I’ve used Pictorem and I’ve been very satisfied with the quality both times.

There was a small delay due to a misunderstanding that I had ordered frames without prints, but as soon as that was clarified, everything was handled quickly and professionally. The frames arrived promptly and were very well packaged.

Everything about Pictorem’s work is exceptional. The prints turned out beautifully and they optimized them for their printers. Both clients were thrilled about the prints I provided to the following inspection. The prints were safely rolled and well protected in a shipping tube and arrived without any damage or creases. The colors were beautiful and the paper was lovely. I’ve now ordered framed canvas prints, rolled paper prints, and framed paper prints - the quality of every order was exceptional! If you ship across borders it may take a couple days or so to het out of customs but thus far I’ve had no shipping issues at all. As long as Pictorem remains in business I will remain a loyal customer. When I’m ready, I look forward to using their premium services as well. Bravo, Pictorem!

My first time printing on metal. Overall the colors were very close to what I expected, but just a touch on the dark side. I didn't see a profile available, but next time I will ask if there is one to use

When calling your customer service team the person I spoke to was very helpful. My picture arrived in perfect condition, was packaged well and it even came equipped with hanging material. I was very impressed.

My order arrived just in time from Pictorem. I had concerns that my order was going to be late. I contacted customer support and they got back to me immediately to let me know my prints would ship out the next day. When they arrived the prints were excellent. I especially liked the custom framing that was done on 2 of my prints. Definitely will order from them again.

I ordered an acrylic print. It was recieved on time. I was amased at the quality and the brightness of the colors. It made my art work look very professional

I ordered the sample pack. It took a little longer arriving, but that was because it had to clear customs. It arrived today and the samples are amazing! Top quality materials. I’m impressed and will be ordering some prints very soon.
