Good selection, simple ordering process, fast turnaround.

Ordering was easy, they have a good selection of frames to choose from.
The frames arrived on time, were undamaged and in excellent condition.

We got exactly what we ordered. The frames are excellent quality and are a great value.

I ordered two custom frames from the website. I was given a delivery date with the order. When the delivery date came and went with no notification that my order had been shipped I contacted their customer service department. It was only then I was told that the frames I ordered were out of stock and that the company had no idea when they would be back in stock. I requested my order be cancelled and expressed my disappointment that the out of stock status was not available at the time of purchase, nor had I been notified that shipment would be delayed. Had I not contacted customer service I would probably still be waiting for frames that won't arrive. To the company's credit, I was issued a refund. However there was no apology for their lack of transparency, only for the frames being out of stock. I have since ordered the frames from a different company.

Ordered two frames a little while back and I completely goofed while measuring one of the pieces I was hoping to frame. I emailed customer support and explained the situation and heard back very quickly. They sorted the issue and helped me get the proper size which should be arriving soon! Couldn't recommend them more, great quality and great service. Not to mention the ease of use the whole ordering process was.

the frame was falling apart and the mat is uneven. they dont even bother to sand down the glass sharp edges. terrible quality. would not buy from this website again

It was not to confusong in terms of choices

I have an old oddly shaped set of pictures in a mat. They are of me as a child and very old. It was getting ruined so I searched for a frame to preserve it. Such an impossible shape until I found your site. The frame is gorgeous. So when I found another almost poster sized picture, I went straight to you. A million thanks for what you do!

My order was placed on May 23, with a June 4 arrival estimate. It is now June 9, and the item still hasn't even shipped.

The order was never delivered. It was ordered May 21 and was to be delivered by June 3. No one contacted me. It’s now June 8th.I had to “live chat” with two different agents. They’ve told me the frame I ordered is out of stock and I could order another one and they’d pay the shipping. If the replacement is more expensive, I’ll have to pay the difference. I’m disappointed and not impressed with their response to this issue as well as the lack of communication.

The website is user friendly ,and downloading a picture of the artwork into a frame makes shopping more accurate and fun! Good packaging always ensures an undamaged frame. It would be nice to have a section that illustrates how other artists have used a specific frame.

The frame arrived in perfect condition - well padded and secure in the shipping box. No hardware was provided, however.

The strange colors of the frames actually matched exactly what I needed at the right time. The discount was huge. Wait for a holiday.

The customer service is pretty bad. Takes a few days to get one response and sometimes longer.

I placed an order for a frame to finish a project for a client. Was given a date for delivery for two weeks after. Told my client. Checked the site every few days, the message saying that they were working on my frame would be delivered by a certain date never changed. I followed up with customer service the day before the delivery date to make sure it had been shipped, and I was told the frame was out of stock, but they might have it in the following week…maybe! TWO WEEKS had gone by. NOT A SINGLE MESSAGE telling me the frame I had ordered was not available. The only option they gave me in this phone call was to cancel the order and start over, AND it would take another two weeks to process. I will never use this company again, and I would recommend that nobody does. That level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable.

My house is filled with canvas prints from pictureframes.com. The quality of the prints is consistently excellent. The frames are solid and when needed, cut to the exact dimensions of the picture. Shipping is fast.
