Beautiful products with efficient service

This is the second set of napkin rings that I’ve bought (model NR-001 in type face Gabriola). I am delighted with them. The service is excellent - from being able to see an image of the napkin rings with the chosen names to the delivery which was speedy. They are very reasonably priced and make lovely gifts, either to others or yourself!

I only considered a personalised gift for my Grandaughter's 1st Birthday which is on the 4th August on Monday 26th July having left planning rather late!
I chose a design, contacted Lilian about what else would be needed. She came back so quickly with a proof to check and a couple of other suggestions. Once I chose the wording and design she let me know it would be in the post that night. I received in the post this morning and the Flopsy Bunny stool is just lovely! All of that within 4 days! I am so impressed with her service and the product. I would highly recommend this company.
