Marionette earrings never arrived

I ordered the marionette earings in December 2024. I got a message that it would take some time.
I understood that. I forgot about my order.

About a year almost half a year later i asked about them again. Got in contact with "Jen" asked what happend and was told it was lost and asked if i would like a new pair.
I said yes and promptly forgot my order again.

I now remembered again and saw that they aren't even sold anymore or any other kind of jewellery.

Sad but i won't beg a probably automated customer service and i don't think I'm eligible for a refund anymore.

Still not even sure if this is a scam or not

Initially ordered the doll head bag and some jewelry in December 2024. The bag was a pre-order so I understood it may take a few months, so I sent out an email a few days after my order to see if I could get a timeline.

Since then I have been tangled in a back and forth with "Jen", who is either the pseudonym the entire customer support team uses ir a single overworked staff member.

I received no reply to my initial email, so i sent a follow-up in early february. On the 26th of February I was finally told that the earrings was a pre-order (not the bag, as was stated on the website). Hence, they need to wait a few weeks for the earrings to arrive, but they can send the bag separately and it will arrive first.

Before I could reply, I saw via the order code that the shipping had been cancelled??? I asked what had happened and whilst "Jen" answered my email she ignored the question.

I emailed again and was told that "the label was cancelled to make sure my order was not marked as fulfilled".

Okay, fine. I decided to wait and almost 4 months later, on the 17th of June 2025 when I had received no updates, I emailed again.

I was told on the 18th of June that the restock was expected to arrive next week, after which I would receive tracking information.

I received no tracking info, so after a month, on the 29th July 2025 I emailed AGAIN. On the 1st of August I was told my order would arrive in a week and provided with a tracking number.

However on the 7th of August according to the tracking number UPS is yet to receive the package.

I email saying as much and "Jen" says, she is "not sure" why this is not updating as this should have been shipped a week ago. She says she will get it re-shipped. I do not receive any information for this new shipment.

It is now the 30th of August 2025, I made my order in Dec 2024. I still do not have my order, nor any tracking information.

The customer service is polite but incredibly incompetent and if it weren't for these items being a gift for someone else, I'd just demand a refund at this point. I'm still not sure if I'm being scammed. The founder is an influencer so I trusted the brand initially, but now I'm not too sure.

Would not recommend.
