I bought a pair of winter gloves that were supposed
to be water proof. the first time I got them wet they soaked right through to my fingers. also they barely come up to my wrist. Do not buy these gloves. False
advertising.

I bought some waterproof gloves from this site 10/18/22, still haven't received them as of 11/4/22. I've asked for a refund to no avail. I keep getting responses that say they're in transit, but when I look up the tracking number USPS has no record of this shipment. This is a scam company and wish I could give them a big fat ZERO.

Absolute crap, value and also quality should have been more careful, honestly didn’t even think to check reviews but wouldn’t give it the bin cheap crap.
Attempt refund is a joke no communication or response to emails! Vile money robbing company should be sued for false sales!

Received defective item that was cheaply made and did not resemble picture on website. What looked like a 3 dimensional plastic key fob was actually a cheap flat plastic photo with one of the dogs faces cut off. They would not refund and wanted me to pay the shipping charge both ways. DONT SHOP THERE!!!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!! I bought the supposedly horseshoe cross with a heart. Most of it was plastic and the heart was metal. Nothing of it was made with horseshoes. It came in pieces and came with a little bag with the screws and a little screwdriver in which you have to put it together. The hole thing is garbage. This company is totally false advertising. I am filing a complaint with BBB and other agencies for their false advertising. I also looked up the address of where the item was shipped from and it's a vacant lot in indiana...

False advertising, don't be conned or duped by this company,the website shows really nice items,in reality you receive something that was bought from delboy,save your time and your money this is nothing but a big con and getting your money back is impossible, I too bought a keyring only to find out what you actually receive is a piece of cheap plastic

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING THE "SLEEPING ANGEL ACRYLIC KEYCHAIN". MAKE SURE YOU READ THE PRODUCT DETAILS CAREFULLY!!!!!!! I didn't and so I thought I was getting what the picture was NOT JUST AN ACRYLIC PICTURE OF MY DOG BREED.

This piece was advertised as being made of recycled horseshoes, hand made, highest quality, etc. Its plastic, coming apart upon delivery, not even close to what's described. What a joke. Do NOT order from this scam of a company, just cheap Chinese junk.

I placed an order and then read these reviews which panicked me! I immediately contacted Piecesy to explain I had read reviews and wished to cancel order. I got an immediate response and a no quibble offer of refund. Refund was in my account within a few days. Excellent customer service.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Their products are JUNK, do not buy! They arrive in pieces and broken. Then when you try to return them they tell you that you have to ship them to China at your cost and they have to be in resale shape or they won’t refund you…it arrived broken, cheap and in pieces. Complete trash!!!!

BEWARE FALSE Advertisement Purchased the horseshoe cross. Description stated made from authentic horseshoes. It is not. It is made with plastic molded pieces. To return it would have cost me over 60.00.

This is a scam company. The all natural horseshoe came too late for my wife’s birthday and just pieces of unassembled plastic, no pics, no instructions and they want this junk returned at my cost to China and want me to trust them to make a refund after they inspect the returned items. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely avoid!!

BUYER BEWARE: ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS
My friend recently lost her beautiful Maltese terrier so I thought I would send her a beautiful gift from Piecesy, which was the dog wrapped in wings keyring as you see advertised on their site. I paid $25.92 AUS. What I received was a bad photocopied picture of a dog covered in plastic acrylic that wasn't attached to the keyring. Absolute rubbish. When I tried to attach the keyring to this piece of plastic, it broke. This thing they sent me looked like it came from a cheap $2 Christmas Bon Bon. I contacted them stating what they sent me looked nothing like what they advertised and their response was 'we sent you what you ordered'. There was no offer to rectify the problem or to give me my money back. Cheap and nasty website designed to rip the consumer off.
