I ordered two perfumes and I haven’t received them yet. When I call no one picks up the phone, no one replies to the emails. The service is very poor I wish I read the reviews first before placing my order. Very disappointed

Better than easycosmetic!
I first ordered the same produce from easycosmetic, they cooperates with both hermes and DHL, the HERMES shipment was catastrophe, they said they couldn't find my address, even after I offered a more detailed address to them, they said they would send it out in 2 days, but then they in the end returned the item after almost a month! I was super upset, with easycosmetic after I called them to complain, their service was super irresponsible and arrogant, so then I found Pieper, I bought the same thing, and even cheaper price from them, their service is really good and quick, you always got the mail from DHL and able to adjust the address from there. and it took only three days to get my product, I am super happy, well packed up and even sent me the testing product. :) I love it!

Wrong product has arrived
Wrong product has arrived. It was a gift so it was discovered that it was not the one I ordered after more than a week.
Also when I asked about the gift wrapping by email, I received auto reply saying "thank you for your inquiry we will get back to you soon" but never received any human reply at all.
I will Never buy anything from this shop as I have no trust.
