While looking for quality piercing jewelry, I stumbled upon this site because my old ones were causing infections due to their poor quality. The jewelry offered here is both stunning and reasonably priced. I've relied on this company for years and plan to keep doing so. My fiancé has also started purchasing his piercings from them! The site is user-friendly, offers swift shipping, and has exceptional customer service.

I ordered a set of saddle plugs from pierced and modified but unfortunately due to supplier issues, it quickly transpired the order was delayed and the supplier was unable to confirm a timescale for delivery to P&M. The customer service I recieved from Pierced and Modified throughout has been faultless. They contacted me as soon as the issue arose to make me aware and offered me various choices to resolve the situation. They responded to my messages same-day everytime and when we agreed upon a solution they progressed it immediately. Based on the excellent service I recieved throughout my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Received my first order the other day and I am very pleased with my purchase.
I ordered a turquoise nose stud and it is so pretty, can’t wait to wear it when my piercing is fully healed

Been buying piercing bars/earrings from this company for years and they’re fantastic. Everything I’ve bought has been excellent quality and extremely reasonably priced. Customer service is fantastic aswell.

Didnt recieve an email confirmation after ordering which I had to chase up and the delivery was rather slow dispatching the items I ordered. I understand with lockdown things are taking a little slow but was a bit of a wait just for a labret bar. Ordered on another site and was despatched next day so will use them from now on

The jewelry is lovely and reasonable in price but i personally find you are always waiting a fairly long time for your order. Mine was marked dispatched monday morning it is now the following monday and still no sign. It's been 13 days since I placed my order, I ordered few things at once one from here and 2 things both from seperate shops and they arrived days ago. I have been informed things are slow due to covid which is understandable but it seems every time I ordered from I waited at least a week and a few days for my order.

I bought a hoop which arrived quickly. However, there was an issue with it which I returned and was sent a new one immediately as there was a fault. They emailed me continuously to let me know how things were going. Can’t fault them! Customer service is the best! Thank you!
