The surgical steel piercing I ordered is magnetic!! What does this mean? That it's not surgical steel..just steel with heavy metals..I cant use it! It is a total scam!

I got a gold titanium piercing in the shape of a little star for my monroe piercing. its very good and comfortable and the perfect size as promised. good quality/price range. many options on the website available. love it. ive had it in for a few days now and its very nice and pretty.

Great service when the product I had received was not in good order.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED
One of the worse companies I've ever dealt with.
Delivery was delayed and had to be chased.
I returned the item the same day, unopened and not touched. THREE WEEKS LATER AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I have chased numerous times and have been told my refund is delayed because someone was off for a short time poorly!!
Now I'm being told it's delayed due to it's ""complexity"" and has been referred to a supervisor.
Totally unacceptable and the worse customer service I've experienced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The customer service is great! I’ve bought several piercings on this site, which were all of good quality. One piercing however, broke after a few days of wearing it. After writing a review about it, they send me a new piercing within a few days!

My package did not arrive so they sent me a replacement right away, gave me my money back... and send me jelly beans and a candy also as an apology. Really nice customer support! You are the best!

Amazing jewellery and even better customer service!

I have purchased from this website 3 times already. Every time exclusively surgical steel earrings because I cannot wear any other material due to my allergies and I cannot find nice earrings with this material anywhere else. Everything was good every time. Even when yesterday I got a package and one earring was damaged, I immediately wrote to piercemania at 21:00 in the night and I got a reply from them the next day at 07:00 in the morning that they will replace the earring like I requested ( because the earring was looking amazing, I didn't want my money back). Now, 4 hours later, I already got the email that my earring was shipped. Best customer service!
So I am super happy with everything. I strongly recommend it. The only requests I have are:
1) Please indicate better what are the sizes of the earrings ( a drawing would help- size for how long, how wide, etc) because sometimes in the picture it looks bigger than it actually is
2) Please pleaseeee get more models for surgical steel earrings because there are a lot of people with bad ear allergies, and we cannot wear anything else. It's so hard to find more elegant-looking earrings or elegant statement surgical steel earrings. So far it was impossible for me and I need them for special occasions.
Because of piercemania I managed to stop buying bellybutton piercings for my ear ( because anything else would make my ear swollen) and started buying actually nice earrings ( pairs which helped a lot as well in terms of costs).
Waiting for those new models hopefully.

I ordered from the 1st of March and the bellybutton piercing arrived 2 days later, super fast ! The piercing was beautiful. Although it broke 2 weeks later (I exercise a lot) I sent them an email and they replied the same day and sent me a new piercing. Will purchase again because they are kind, reliable and their products are super cute !

For sure this is my new favourite site for all my piercing!!!

Today there was a little (factory) problem with a piercing, but they just send me a new one! So really happy with there service!!

Just bought 2 little piercings (I ordered 2, as I did not exactly knew my size). I wanted to exchange 1, but I got that ONE FOR FREE. Amazingly friendly support. Will be ordering more here!

Lovely jewellery for amazing prices! However, I've noticed a few times when I add a new product to my chart or refreshed the page, the items that I had in my basket disappears.
