My daughter bought a rucksack with her pocket money and had it for a few weeks and the zip broke I have contacted them about 25-30 times and sent photos which they requested only to be ignored constantly and now they have blocked me and I’ve heard from other people this has happened to 😡 so STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY absolutely disgusting to rip people off!

What a disappointment
I bought one of their leather back packs n was so disappointed. The photos did not show that the straps are NOT leather - that’s suppose to be the most important part because it has to carry the weight of the bag. It cheapens the look of the bag

I ordered a Capacity Shoulder bag from them 3 months ago, and have yet to receive it. I have contacted their service department by email, as this is the only option, and still no response after 4 emails.
Possible scam from them. Stealing money. BUYER BEWARE!!

I put 2 stars cause I like the bag I received. It's a nice shape, many pockets.
I don't usually buy genuine leather bags but this time I wanted to buy one.
Well, this has not been the time anyway cause the bag is not genuine leather at all.
I caused a scratch on it and I could see is just like many plastic cheap bag you can find in certain shop in town or on certain shop on internet.
Basically they tell you "material: GENUINE LEATHER" but it's just a fake information.
I wanted a genuine leather one, cause they last so long instead I got a PU or other material one that will last as many as others I bought for 15 pounds or even less. For this one I spent 28 pounds (cause a discount so the price of the bag was higher)...there is already a tear in the internal fabric after 2 months of usage.
From the beginning I noticed the bag looked too similar to those I can find in cheap shops, but I "wanted to believe" it was ok.
On their FB page I noticed many of the negative comments I read, simply disappeared.
I updated the one I wrote as soon as I received the bag and they will probably deleted it soon.
That shows you their intentions are not nice.
They could make more money lowering the prices and being honest with clients, cause the bags are nice themselves, but the false information about them, makes this business just not trustable.

This is actually a joke. Scamming people with products that look nothing like pictures. I ordered a backpack that was supposed to be 30cm long and got a miniature. Looks nothing like pictures, poor Chinese quality. Not worth the reduced price, let alone "original" one.
Not able to track it due to errors and Chinese language.
Noone to contact for returns.
Avoid!!! It is a scam!

I actually had a very positive experience when buying from them. Had no problems with the shipping, my tracking number worked, and I received the backpack I ordered in a few weeks (around 13 days to Germany). The quality of the item I ordered is great compared to the price I paid for it. Even received a small keychain as a gift, pretty useless, but still a nice incentive. I doubted the site's reliability, but in the end, decided to give them a shot and I'm overall happy about that.

Absolutely shocking no customer service still no bag tracking is a waste of time stay clear of this company

I tried to be optimistic with the purchase of this product. It took over 6 weeks for me to receive. I started using it and it work OK, worth what I paid. At about the three month mark the hardware broke that holds the strap on. Emailed Customer Service and they offered me a coupon discount to reorder. Why would I reorder a purse that only lasted three months. Product is not good, Customer Service for this company is not even one star.

I would give them less than 1 star but that is the lowest it goes. Ordered a small wallet style purse. It arrived in a timely fashion but has a small area where the finish is rubbed off. I have sent more than a dozen emails. I have sent them 3 sets of pictures at their request. I have corresponded on Facebook messenger and now they have blocked my comments on their ads so I cant worn others of their poor business practices. Do not order from this site. Order only through reputable companies. This is not one if those.

I ordered my bag and received the bag I ordered. It took about 5 weeks to arrive, however the email did say it could take that long to ship. I was given a tracking number, so I was able to track it until it left China and then after a month the tracking started working again in the US. Evidently it was shipped. The bag that arrived is what I ordered and I love it. No problems with zippers or stitching. Only problem I had is that the shoulder strap clip broke on one side so I took it to a local repair shop and had a new one put on. The repair made for a more expensive purse/backpack, however I still love the bag and am considering ordering another one. I ordered the Large backpack. If you are looking at the backpacks they come in 2 different sizes so make sure you order the correct one.

Like millions of people I have been caught in this scam of a company?? They have done nothing to resolve my problem? (Broken zip in bag) after millions of emails they now say its past the 60 day refund?? 🙄 even tho its them that didn't respond?? Facebook still allow these adverts which is wrong???

Wish I had checked them out more before I ordered. My bag came in a timely manner, was the correct color and everything. However, when I went to use the bag, the bottom of the inside pocket was sewn into the top seam of the bag. I emailed asking for an exchange. They replied asking for a picture, which I sent. They said they couldn't see the problem and asked for a video, which I also sent, telling them I thought it was ridiculous and only wanted to exchange the bag. I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. I emailed again and was informed that was the way the bag was supposed to be! Don't buy from them. They do not stand behind their product.

My bag had very shoddy and poor stitching. I contacted customer service through their email address but they did not bother to reply. Clearly once they had my money they couldn't care less about the quality of their product. Incredibly bad customer service.

I ordered a pink bag, after waiting 1 month for the delivery I emailed them and did not get a reply. I waited 24 hours before emailing them again, still no reply. I did this a further 2x until I wanted my refund! No reply still. I got PayPal involved as I purchased through them for my refund, all of a sudden I received my delivery a red bag, wrong colour! I sent it back and I emailed them AGAIN and I have not had a reply since. I am now out of £30 and no delivery. NEVER buying from them again!

I ordered a backpack and after I placed my order I saw bad reviews of the website and the courier service (yanwen) but my bag arrived on time as I only had to wait 10 days. The bag is exactly like the advertisement and the quality is exactly what was promised. The only slip up is I ordered the bag in light pink and my confirmation email guaranteed it would be light pink but the bag that arrived is red. That's the only issue but other than that it was a great service. However to anyone considering using the website I would recommend you research the company and check reviews because compared to everyone else's experience I guess I got "lucky".

Very inferior quality bag, advertised as leather, was poor quality plastic! Customer service suggested I gave it to a friend if it wasn't to my taste!! Order at your peril - bad experience for me.

I received my bag fairly quickly, however, it had deep creases in a couple of spots and is very stiff material, so not expecting those creases to disappear anytime soon. After using it the third day, the long strap broke. Overall, I found this bag to be very cheaply made and based on other reviews, I don't think I'll even ask for a refund, as it sounds like this company makes it very difficult to get a refund. Lesson learned!!

Bought bag but changed my mind. Emailed the company, nothing.
Got a welcome email saying they’ll do anything to help, nothing.
Claimed bag dispatched, tracking never worked.
I always buy unknown products through PayPal for this reason. Logged through PayPal, nothing. Logged a claim and they ignored PayPal.
Thankfully I have got a full refund thanks to PayPal.

Shocking service, ordered two bags in November 2018, got an email that showed the tracking and they were apparently in Brisbane. Still waiting for the bags and it is now April 2019.
