DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

DO NOT BUY!!! I Ordered a backpack august 4th. Never received it. They told me it has been shipped and I have to go to every postoffice in my home city to check if it is there (there are over 20 postoffices). I called every one of them and none received my package. When I told them this, and asked for my money back, they stopped replying. I am now trying to get my money back. IT’S A SCAM, DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I wish I could not put any stars!!!

I wish I could not put any stars!!!! I ordered a book bag and a duffle bag for the first time from this company. I will NEVER do that again. First of all, you can only communicate via email. The company is based in China, therefore, it took 3 weeks to get ONE of the bags. My daughter wanted the book bag for school, but we are STILL waiting to receive. I emailed them to tell them to cancel the other bag BEFORE it was shipped because they informed me it would be an additional 2-6 weeks to get the book bag. Each time I emailed them, they never responded with my request to refund my money for the other bag until it had already gone out for shipping. Then, their response was...it has already been shipped so we cannot offer a refund. My last email went unanswered when I said I would report and contact my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE.....BUYER'S REMORSE!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered July 24 and received September 6. Cheapest material I've ever seen. Zippers don't work. Doesn't even look like the picture I saw online. JUST DON'T DO IT!!!

This company has the worst customer…

This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced!!!. Not recommended!!
I had to return a product as the wrong color was sent to me. The only way to contact customer service to process a return is through and email address, there is no contact number for the company. I conversed with them through email twice but then I never heard from them again. I repeatedly reached out through email but I haven't heard from the in a month and have NO address or process to return the product. My credit card has been charged and I've received no refund and no where to return the merchandise.

I have emailed numerous times to the company with no response and I am in the process of contacting the better business bureau BBB...This has been the absolute worse company I have ever experienced on customer service. The backpack I had ordered was for my daughters 7th grade year. Money was deducted out of my account and its been well over 2 months since time of purchase. I highly do not recommend this company to anyone ever! Worse scam ever!

I would put no stars if I could

I would put no stars if I could. I ordered s bag. Over a week later it was still not shipped. They did not answer emails, so I contacted my card and Facebook as a scam. I then had a email saying I would get a refund. I did get a refund less £2.06 even though they were in breach of contract. I have now found out I was a lucky one as a lot have no bags or refund. Do not use this company.

Never received my item

I ordered a backpack 27 days ago..never received it. I emailed them twice about it and they never got back to me. I just want a refund at this point. Apparently when they do send you their products they are of poor quality and substandard, falling apart with days or a few weeks. In other cases I have read they just don't send you anything and keep your money or offer you a 50% refund or coupon only if you are super persistent..what kind of shady business is this?!!! They have been reported and continue to do business. Shame on them..spread the word!

I ordered a men's small travel book…

I ordered a men's small travel book bag. It arrived and it STINKS of mildew. I responded and informed them, and they cannot even get the item correct. I have asked for a refund and instructions to return, they just keep telling me to hang it out and the smell will go away. I gather I will never receive a refund from them. They do speak English, so I guess I got screwed.

TOTAL SCAM PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

If I could give it no stars I would! They are simply horrible. My mother and I ordered backpacks for me and my four siblings a month prior to school starting. I order my backpack individually first, 15 days later no notification of shipping, nothing. I email them and surprisingly they reply around 24hrs after saying that my item (Black Multi-pocket Waterproof USB Charging Port School Travel Backpack) was out of stock, I check on the website and it does not say so! Then I ask for a refund. My mother had bought he same ones two days after I had placed my order, they shipped one bag from each order (very small and HOT PINK, she did not pick that color for ANY of the bags!) and never shipped the second bag.

Pierrebuy - avoid this shameful company.

My wife purchased a ruck sack from this company at a cost of £30. The product took one month to arrive. This wasn't really acceptable but the rucksack looked good upon arrival. The ruck sack was for work purposes only and lightly used and certainly wasn't packed with heavy items. Within approximately 9 weeks the majority of the zips had broken, stitching had come undone and both shoulder straps came away from the main body of the ruck sack. In short, a cheap and nasty product that was not fit for purpose and made a mockery of the 'excellent quality' referred to on the Pierrebuy work of fiction website. My wife delayed contacting Pierrebuy for a week or two and was advised via email that as the product was more than three months old a refund was not applicable. However, only a money off voucher to purchase another shoddily made piece of garbage was offered. Unsurprisingly, my wife declined the offer wishing to avoid throwing good money after bad. My wife sent another email which was ignored. My wife then provided feedback on the Pierrebuy Facebook page. Within ten minutes her posts were blocked (oddly only positive reviews populate the pages). My wife then tried to report the Pierrebuy Facebook page. Shockingly, she was unable to hit the 'Report page' button. My wife's online shopping experience was abysmal and yet I've read reviews of this company that are far worse. Quality products and good customer service cannot be associated with this awful company and yet the company's Facebook page makes ample use of these phrases. Make a purchase at your own risk. Go elsewhere, there are plenty of other reputable companies that deserve your custom.

Do NOT BUY PIERREBUY.COM

I purchased a backpack from this website. The fabric and the straps were cheaply made. Do not buy this product. I have been trying to return this product back and emailed their service department for over a month. No response. terrible service.

My experience is much the same as other peoples, I ordered my bag on the 14th July & it is still "awaiting shipping". The compnay have ignored my emails & I fear I have been scammed.

*EDIT*
The company finally got in touch to say my bag had shipped following another complaint from me & my original review.
 The bag is of good quality & I have been using it a lot since I got it. I have no complaints about the bag itself & if it were not for the shipping issue, I would have bought another.

POOR Quality POOR Customer Service

This company is awful! Poor quality!!! Poor customer service. The zipper broke 2 weeks after I started to use it. They offered me another coupon to BUY a new one!! Seriously? Then I said I would be honest on Facebook about the poor quality. Then they offered 50% refund which I said ok. Now they won’t return messages and I’ve been blocked on Facebook from them. Awful company and poor quality! Order at your own risk!!

Awful

I ordered a backpack for my daughter on 8/7/19. The backpack is still "awaiting shipping ". I have written 2 emails and received no response. The phone number listed for them is a complete waste of time as well. I have never been more disappointed. I have since had to purchase another bag for her considering school starts in less then a week! At this point I just want my money back, but I have a feeling I'll never see the backpack or my money. I will never shop with them again and I would never recommend them!

My zipper broke after four weeks.

I ordered a purse from Pierrebuy in May. My credit card was charged immediately. I waited over 6 weeks for the purse to come. I finally got it and loved it. I used it for four weeks and one of the zippers broke. When I contacted them, I got an e-mail that said I had used it for a month so they couldn't replace it or give me my money back. They offered a 20% discount on my next purchase which I refused. Do not order from Pierrebuy.

Surprised by reviews

I purchased a pink backpack from Pierrebuy from an ad on Facebook. I purchased the bag and then made the mistake of viewing this website with the bad reviews.
Long story short I’m a student with little money, so I basically gave up on the idea of getting the bag and settled with the fact I had been scammed.
However, the bag arrived in a week and the quality is surprisingly good for the price.
Maybe I was just lucky and I wouldn’t suggest purchasing as there are so many bad reviews, but if you want to gamble my experience (despite it not being the experience of the majority) was pleasant from this website.
