So far, HORRIBLE!!!!! They took my money, claimed my handbag was shipped on the 12th but the tracking # is not in any system. What's worse? Not responding to my e-mails. What a scam! But I still get a bunch of text messages to buy their products. This sucks.

so i had good faith ab this company tbh cause my order shipped a day after i ordered it. i ordered it july 7 and it took a little bit to get to the us but i totally understood since it came from china. it came to my home state(indiana) and it was a usps facility and said it was on to its final destination and i was happy it was gonna be here very soon. i woke up the next morning and it was in hawaii ?? i was so confused. i made sure my shipping address was correct and it is. i know it’s the right tracking number but it made no sense for it to go from indiana to hawaii. i’m calling usps to see if they can figure it out but i really need a backpack for school and i really hope i get it soon.

DO NOT BUY from this company. I had a purse break within the first month. They tried to say they would give me 10% back, then 20% back. I refused and it took months for them to get back to me. Now they tell me it's been too long (January) for any refund or swap out.

I sure wish I had read reviews before I bought my purse. Zipper broke after I had only used it twice. I sent pictures and they offered to replace it. Never received a replacement. Then I emailed them and all of a sudden the pictures I had previously sent weren't good enough and they wanted a video so I sent a video. Now no contact. Just had me jump through hoops for nothing. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I ordered the “Large capacity multi-pocket water proof backpack”. The shipping was average. I was given a working tracking number and, was able to track it until it arrived at my door step. it got here in 10 days. I order this backpack for school because it was advertised as “ Large Capacity”. I disagree. it couldn’t even fit my laptop. I wouldn’t recommend this for school; maybe for going out instead. if I put anything heavy in it, i feel as if the straps would snap off. it is waterproof. i poured a good amount of water on it, and it just slid off. Order at your own risk.

There needs to be a star worse than bad. I purchased two bags from this company. Upon putting my wallet items into the first bag and attempting to zip it, the zipper busted. On all 3 compartments. It was stiff did not glide going either direction. My first clue that this stuff was junk should have been the zippers all being half way up. I have contacted their customer service department twice and had no response. That bag is now trash can fodder. I haven't even bothered with the second. Don't waste your money!

Terrible!
Same as the other reviews. Received my bag which was faulty. Sent emails to customer services with no response. Send messages on facebook with responses of 'we are investigating the manufacturing of the bag' but no follow up. I have been hassling them for months with no response. Absolute joke of a company. Do not use!

I order a bag and it arrived damaged with no return label or other return information. After weeks of contacting them I have received no response. The customer service literally does not exist. Also.. THEY DELETE THE BAD REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE. If you look through the reviews on Pierrebuy.com they are all 5 stars which I find hard to believe. I wrote a review on the website itself and it got deleted. This company is literally lying to everyone to try to make it seem like it is legitimate. DO NOT BUY!!

After almost 2 months I finally got a suede wallet I ordered. It’s honestly the worst product I’ve ever purchased. The wallet is made from suede that’s folded, rather than stitched. You can barely fit anything in there. The quality and craftsmanship is terrible. I have been unsuccessful in getting a response to my emails and there’s no phone number to call to request a return. I paid them for a folded up piece of suede and I guess I’m stuck with it. NEVER AGAIN

This company avoid at all costs any damaged goods or goods return they don't want to no I emailed them over 18 times then asked address return it never got reply so sent by post had be singed for they said they never received it I told them I had proof they said it wasn't their address I sent it to they are still printing that a dress and now they have just sent the broken purse back to me AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely dreadful. Made an order worth €70 nothing ever arrived. Customer services fobbed me off with repetitive emails that I should check my post office. 6 months later after many threats and negative comments on Face Book I have just received a refund. Please do not trust this company. They are in China and have difficulties posting to Europe

It should not take over a month to get anything anywhere anymore. There is never a response from the company, no updates on shipping is available. Just want what I paid for, and never order from this company again.

I purchased a wallet on may 12th and still have yet to receive it. I wrote to the company as you can't call them and complained in June 12th as I figured it should have arrived by then. At that point I was told that my item would be shipped within 2 weeks?!?!? I had already waited a month and now I was going to wait a few more weeks.... So I waited and waited. I have now been told that their products normally ship to the customer in about 20 business days, again I figured ok fine.. Well its now July 7th I still don't have my item and I'm waiting to hear back, every time I look at my tracking it basically states that the item is in Canada and being processed.... This is what its been saying for weeks.

I ordered a many-compartment bag with a shoulder strap; only one ring for the strap! Contacted the company and after going back and forth, they finally sent me a coupon worth $3.00 off the cost of another product. Unacceptable. Beware of this company.

They don 't deserve a star. I ordered a bag. Of was sender quickly but they did not wrote the housenumber on the package so it was resended to the company. I send already several mails but always the same answer.. that i have to check my local postoffice. They don 't have it cause it was resended. I have the proof... nothing ... not even my money back.

Before this last weekend I would have given 4 stars and said a good company.

I ordered a bag in April, it took a little while to arrive an wasn't as large as I'd hoped but no other issues at all.

However last weekend the shoulder strap broke. As this is a bag that I only use at weekends this was annoying after such a short time.

I've asked if they can send me a replacement strap. So far I've been offended a voucher for another bag and been told that they don't handle quality problems after 2 months!!!

Don't order from them as customer service is pretty bad.

I have now been offered a 15% off voucher to buy another handbag. Why I would buy another bag from this company when they couldn't send me a replacement strap for the faulty bag I bought only 3 months ago I have no idea.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bag in early March. It is now July. I received the bag and when I opened it, it REEKED of cigarette smoke. The smell was so bad I couldn't even keep it in the same room, and I had to spray air freshener when I took it away. In the meantime, I have written them twice and had absolutely no response. I am disgusted with this company. Save yourself the money and aggravation. Never again.

Well this was the only time I have purchased anything from Pierrebuy and it will certainly be the last. I bought a purse that would hold phone , credit cards, cash in notes and coins and was RFID secure. I very much doubt it was secure but have no way of proving this. It was made from a very cheap plastic which was meant to look like leather and it smells horrible. There is no way I can use it. To return it as it is not faulty I will have to the cost to China and it would not be refunded to me. The result is that it will cost me more than it's worth so please take head and read reviews and avoid any disappointment from this company. I've learned my lesson the hard way by losing out financially.

I didn't get my bag. Also I didn't get money refund. Isn't possible get with them in touch. Once I get answer in facebook messenger, that I need ask money refund from delivery company.

I bought a bag from this company for my holiday. I had the bag a couple of months before I used it and first time of use all the lining came away inside. I messaged them and all they offered was a 20% discount for me to order again. So I have paid for a one time use bag and they think I want to order again from then! Yeah right! Steer clear of this company!
